Hello everybody
Who is going to join me today? The scales are going down, down and I am quite pleased about this.

Just liquids until the evening meal tonight of Chicken and Salad, and if I feel peckish will have a rice cracker and piece of cheese, will see how I go.

Have a marvelous day, I am so glad I have my 5:2 mojo back, it really is working for me!

cheers,
Maggie
Good morning fasting buddies. Sun is shining here again after wild storms here and snow further up the mountains. I'm just having a cuppa before tackling the day.
Hope you all have a wonderful day.
Hi@Maggiee. I started a thread too but you beat me by a minute. Have a great day.
Good morning @Maggiee & @Wineoclock, thursday is a regular fast day for me. I'm doing fine until dinner time and struggling as I prepare dinner. Fortunately today is a new fast day!
Let's all be fast losers together. :victory: :clover:
Thank you for leading our Thursday fasting day wineoclock.
Yep - I'm in. No plans for my wellbeing day - Thursday- as we have a day long change management meeting at work......part of a 12 month process - challenging conversations.
Fizzy water, good strong tea brew day time - and veg and protein delight at 9pm I think.
I'll pop in to catch up. I'm planning to stretch my legs and brain in between meetings

I merged the threads
HI all, wonderful news, Maggiee! I'm in. Been to 6.30 yoga and now at work. Rush rush! Visitors for dinner tonight so I'm making a lamb casserol , perhaps over 500, but if I don't eat all day, it should be ok. Lovely sunny Spring day in Tas.
Hi everyone! I am in too, having first black coffee for the day as I take a break midway through the house cleaning. Drizzling here, but a lovely weekend forecast, which is great as we are off tomorrow for 4 days in the caravan, camping by a river somewhere. :)
So pleased that fasting is going well for you @Maggiee, and hopefully as we head for more consistent warmer weather, that will help too. :)
Good luck fellow fasters! :)
Hi all!

I'm in for tomorrow. Its been a nonstop carbfest the past few days. Good to be taking a break!
I am in even though it's not my usual day.

Good luck, Thursday fasters!
I am in, although most of you are done. It's 9:22 pm and I won't be done for about the next 36 hours :like: :clover:
We still have a way to go @piper! It's only 2pm in Melbourne. :)
Have just had a miso soup, and will need lots of coffee to get thru the day. At least cleaning is done; now to start packing the 'van! :)
And this is why I seem to know all the Aussies! I don't get home until all the Brits are in bed, or should be.
Just after 4pm. Entering the danger zone. I am cooking the lamb and that is keeping me occupied and you can't eat raw lamb or raw sweet potato. Now to clean up the house so that it looks like we are a tidy family. These people are the relatives of someone my mother married after she had broken up with my father. They don't drink and are a much more respectable family than we are. So there's just a bit of pressure to make the place look presentable. I have to clear off the dining room table, for a start! I am going to make a dessert too. Please can i lick the bowl?
I hope you dunked the bowl in the sink @Sallyo and that you managed to pretend to be respectable!

I should be fasting today, but am battling flu which seems to be draining will power... :frown:
Good luck peeps :clover:
