Im in and its my 3rd fast this week!
I'm in! And happy to say it's going so much better than Tuesdays fast which was really hard! Even if it is only just gone 11 am lol
I think Tuesday was so difficult because I made the mistake of having coco pops for breakfast and loads of carbs the day before! But I'm on it today and not gunna exercise cuz I don't think that helped either... I will shift these last 11lbs before summer!!! Good luck all :D
I'm in! I tried skipping breakfast on Tuesday and just having my meal at dinner, but I didn't really like doing that and didn't think it really helped me to feel less hungry after dinner. So, I'm going back to my regular method of small breakfast and then dinner.

@Sarah1988 - I'm glad to hear you're doing better today! Good luck!
Thank you yes it helps as I'm busier today too! Like others I work in a school as a ta so this half terms my first week of non work fasts! I had a look at the hungry website u mentioned too and I'm definitely gunna have ago at the nachos lol some good stuff on there :)
I'm in - back to my Sunday & Thursday fasting routine; feeling positive about this one and guess what? It's not snowing yet in Boston - hurahh!

Good luck everyone
Fast Day #2 this week. Four more weeks until the first day of Spring! :rainbow:
How's everyone doing so far? My parents have just had bacon and eggs for their lunch...and the smell is just nectar to my nostrils! Anywhere else and I'm in trouble!

Anyway, I don't really feel that hungry. Am just gonna have a "naughty"(?) glass of diet coke, just to have a change from black coffee and then hope that 5 o'clock comes around quickly so I can eat my chicken piri piri with rice...mmmm

Good luck everyone

I'm in for a fast. Went for a good 6k run this morning then helped my husband with some building work (passing tools etc). Just going to hoover upstairs and make my son's bed ready for his flying visit from uni this weekend. Trying to keep my weight around 119lbs or less and so far all is good.
Oh my word Lou Lou!! all that energy!! Have you got any to spare?!!

Bean :starving: :sleepy:
@nursebeanI would send you some if I could. I was actually feeling that I haven't done much today. Been married for nearly 30 years to a man that doesn't stop (apart from a half hour nap at 3pm)so I kind of feel guilty if I spend too much time not doing stuff. Having said that I am a world class procrastinator

See? You even wrote your message TWICE in super quick time!!

Bean :starving:
I have just cleaned the kitchen and vacuumed and mopped the downstairs, quite hard work and my Fitbit doesn't recognise it as Very Active minutes. Feeling grumpy and hard done-by, but not ACTUALLY hungry. 3 1/2 hours till dinner
Yet ANOTHER busy bee!! Yes I don't blame you for being grumpy if your Fitbit is rude enough to ignore all this effort! But what a beautifully spangly kitchen you have now!

Bean :starving:
Thanks Bean @nursebean, the sun finally came out so the kitchen especially spangly
