I haven't even finished my Wednesday fast yet!

I'm also in today, also hoping for an as easy as Monday fast. Have some baking I need to do though, so that'll add a layer of tough
Yes, I'm fasting Thursday. :like: :like: Best wishes to all fasters. It's late so I'm off to sleep - lovely!

PS I find fasting easy - I need to ensure I feed myself enough calories on feed days.
Hello fellow fasters,

I'll join for my usual Thursday fast, good to settle back into a routine. It's going to be a hot day today with 37 degrees celsius forecast. I'll try to keep the liquid levels up, should fill my tummy - stay warm/cool/dry wherever you are and have a great day!

Well, this is just a wave across the abyss. I usually fast on Thursday but this morning I had the muesli in the bowl before I remembered that it was Thursday. i put it back in the container and considered. I have to be out around dinner time and wouldn't be able to eat until 7.30 so I decided to fast tomorrow instead. I put the muesli back in the bowl and cut up a peach. Have a good day everyone. I'll be here tomorrow.
Hello all,
A bit late but I am here, rushing around like a headless chook today. Good luck all
:starving: :starving: :starving: Baking and fasting on the same day was an INSANE idea. So hungry. :starving: :starving: :starving: Also, my dog has a sore foot, so I can't just grab her and go for a walk for distraction.
HI all Happy fasting.
I will be joining you all today.

This will be my last fast before a week away with the family so hoping for an easy one. I am really looking forward to a week away but i am also feeling like this is going to be my first challenge since starting 5:2 as I am not going to be doing my 2 normal fasts and i will not be able to weigh myself daily to enter my details into my true weight app plus do I take the kitchen scales with me to weigh out things like pasta and cheese i have been doing?
Fast day for me today too
My first one of the week due to wedding anniversary and then unexpected visit by a friend for a couple of days midweek.
Does mean my second fast will need to be at the weekend which is a bit of a shame. I'm tempted to give tomorrow a go instead....

Going ok today. A bit headachy, but haven't drunk enough.
Mid morning- low cal yoghurt
Lunch- mini can of soup. 6 almonds
Just now- a baby bel light
Dinner will be stir-fried veggies with fish and egg whites plus some of those next to no calorie noodles
I'm in today, my second fast of the week. I still have half the prawns I bought for Tuesday's fast day salad, so that's my dinner sorted :clover:
