You ladies are a good inspiration. Getting off my bum now and going to get housework done...I want a spangly kitchen. :) Fasting today here so need to stay busy. Good luck everyone.
I am 'in' again today too.....good luck everyone.
I am here today as well. It's barely 10:30am for me, and I am already feeling like this is going to be a hard one :frown: I do think I know why, total carb overload yesterday! So I have my broth, my teas, my water all lined up; I am currently sipping on a 36ozs water bottle into which I've dumped a small packet of Crystal Light (10 cals). Hmmmm, someone mentioned Diet Coke up-thread...might consider that as a possibility this afternoon to further stave off the hunger blast I know I will in for!

Happy/Successful Day to All!
I'm fasting today...my 4th fast day. But I'm feeling very cold and hungry :(

I will persevere because this diet is working for me so far and most of the week is easy :)
Oxo cube time. Browsing through a holiday brochure with my new nails.
Some of my students brought their lunch to my room. They aren't really supposed to do this and normally I do not find school lunch appealing at all, but today it smelled REALLY good!
Ha ha what do your nails think of the holiday brochure @Carieoates?

Bean
I can't believe it's only 17.40! still 50 mins till dinner time.
Checking in-aiming for an 800 calorie repair day today. It's almost 1pm here and so far, so good!
Does anybody else get REALLY thirsty on the night of a fast? I drink enough water it's really annoying!
Blimey @SianS you're good. I have my meal just after 5 usually! Mind you, the evenings drag a bit after that!

Hope you've all had a good day. We're nearly there!

Bean :starving:
@nursebeanthe problem is 5PM is too early for my OH and DS to eat, so I hold out and eat with them. My prawn salad was delicious and took ages to eat.
Weigh in tomorrow *fingers crossed* :clover:

@nursebean my nails love my new holiday destination. Don't tell my kids, were not taking them.

Waiting to eat when hubs comes home is a very difficult thing to have to do. @SianS. I remember having to wait til at least 7.30 in days gone by.
Well I have to say, I'm very impressed with your willpower @SianS. That is a loooong day!

So, come on then Oates...where are you two off to?

Bean :starving: :?:
Note to self: do NOT go to the grocery store on fast days :pissedoff:
