Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.
I need it though - drank too much wine last night and woke with a stonking headache. At least I went down the gym and sweated it off though
Drinking plenty of fizzy water and tea, and one can of diet coke. Looking forward to soup this evening, then my willpower will be tested as I'm off to an event where there will be free-flowing prosecco - I'll just try to remember how rubbish I felt this morning and either steer clear or just have one glass, but that's probably harder than saying no
But if it continues, just go easy ..rest if you can and perhaps eat a little extra something if it doesn't lift x
Tho as you say, just remember how you felt this morning..x
Let us know how you got on!
Think TUC a bit salty too wh might be what you need x hope you feel better soon, let us know how you go on xx
It's a bit late, I know, but I hope your day is going well!

I'm almost done with my day and it has worked out amazing, I haven't felt hungry at all! I am in medical school, so every Thursday for 4 hours we have to dissect a different part of the body. It is fascinating, but I definitely don't think about eating when I am smelling formaldehyde and looking into the abdominal cavity of a dead person
