For the first time today I feel dizzy. It's like when I used to come off a boat feel like I have sea legs? Not felt this before seems weird to feel it 14 weeks in.
In for my usual Thursday fast, although I did Tuesday this week instead of Monday so this one seems to have come along rather quickly

I need it though - drank too much wine last night and woke with a stonking headache. At least I went down the gym and sweated it off though

Drinking plenty of fizzy water and tea, and one can of diet coke. Looking forward to soup this evening, then my willpower will be tested as I'm off to an event where there will be free-flowing prosecco - I'll just try to remember how rubbish I felt this morning and either steer clear or just have one glass, but that's probably harder than saying no :curse:
@Brand-ie hope you're ok,take care x may be it's something not fast related?
But if it continues, just go easy ..rest if you can and perhaps eat a little extra something if it doesn't lift x
Tough call@lizzieh Hard to resist the prosecco..
Tho as you say, just remember how you felt this morning..x
Let us know how you got on!
Thanks@CandiceMarie I will keep an eye on it. Just had some dry cracker (tuc) biscuits. Felt I had too as feel weird.
Good choice for staving off dizziness/ nausea
Think TUC a bit salty too wh might be what you need x hope you feel better soon, let us know how you go on xx
I am in again today....right now I am really hungry. :silly:
Just want to wish you Thursday fasters a great day! I guess you won't be watching Master Chef tonight

It's a bit late, I know, but I hope your day is going well!

I am in today as well, I decided to try something different and start my day off with all my calories and just drink tea for the rest of the day. I am interested to see how I feel later on. I have a 4 hour gross anatomy lab I have to stand through, that should keep my appetite down
Good luck with that Shaina. Is it work/ study related.? Would put me off my dinner.

I still feel woozy but not quite as spinny just light headed. I am about to have my spinach and baked egg.
Thanks for the support, did feel really ill today, but I know it's my system reacting to the detox, I got it when I gave up processed food a few years ago. But I was lucky to have OH come home and take care of children and I spent the whole afternoon in bed. Feel much better now, hope that next week will be a bit easier. Not giving up though! Thanks again! X
Oh, am really pleased you managed a rest this afternoon!

Roll on next week then?!

Very well done.....& as everyone on here likes to say: onwards and downwards!!

I'm almost done with my day and it has worked out amazing, I haven't felt hungry at all! I am in medical school, so every Thursday for 4 hours we have to dissect a different part of the body. It is fascinating, but I definitely don't think about eating when I am smelling formaldehyde and looking into the abdominal cavity of a dead person
I'm in today! Had a great, easy fast. Salad and chick peas for lunch, spicy thai soup for dinner.
