I'm fasting today!!! Here rather late I know....and........I'M HUNGRY!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
Well, actually I'm not even really hungry. Not tummy hungry.....just want to eat!!!!!
Think I'm going to be going to bed at about 7 tonight!!! Get this one over and done with soon as possible!!!

Hope everyone else is fairing better than me! X
Today is going well considering I was stuck in All day due to snow.
I've had 390 cals up to now so I can have a little treat later.
Weigh in day tomorrow so that's a real incentive to do well :wink:

do you measure your circumferences, too? As funny as it sounds, my son said to me: Your arm-circums have shrinked. Me: ?! WHAT? (He does not notice looks at all normally). But yes, my wrist-watch is spinning around now as well. So I loose at body parts that I usually do not notice with my eyes. When you feel different it should be a good indicator that there is progress.

Wishing you all you need to keep going. The inner fasting fire must be kept burning, yay :victory:

Saturday will be my hour of truth after 4 weeks not weighing (purposely). I'd be disappointed if there was still 70 something kilos on that scale. So I can understand you...

I' m now up to 480 Jan @janpartly ..(i had a nectarine and a 40'cal choc drink) so i' m calling it a day!

Just had a nectarine and some grapes @candicemarie so that's me for today.
Looking forward to low cal bolognese tomorrow evening, I substitute the pasta for portobello mushrooms its delicious, not forgetting a glass or two of wine :grin: Friday night treat :like:

Do you find you can sleep post fast? I often feel a bit too empty to get to sleep,then have to get up a few times to pee! X
@candicemarie I don't sleep particularly well at the best of times, but I do drink lots more water on a fast day so I tend to need the loo more :bugeyes: I'm not hungry at all, that usually hits around 4 pm although it didn't today. :like:

Congrats everyone who made it through today! I am so pleased to be able to say I actually made it through a fast. that's the first time in a while. I haven't been able to keep it much under a thousand lately, but today I made it to 540, so one down. Time to start counting fasts and making those red X's of success on the calendar again. see you Tuesday next week!
hi all! I am "in" today, haven't had dinner yet, was out and about and got home and had my broth (yep, it's nearly 11pm here). Hey, some good news; I got a phone call today and have a job interview on Monday--yeah! Of course, it's a light day, but since the interview is 10am, shouldn't be an issue. (I'll need that light day too; Seahawks SuperBowl Sunday the day before...nom nom nom) :grin:
I was sort of in. Did a 1000 clas instead of 500 as still feeling poorly and my eating is all over the place. :dazed:
