I'm eating my last bites of Wednesday's dinner and then no more food for me until tomorrow at 5:30.
I've walked, gymed, eaten two boiled eggs for protein, now it's water and tea until breakfast Friday. I think I've got my mojo back.
Met up with a colleague on the way to the train station...his long legs had me puffing up the hill to school! Exercise achieved for the morning, though definitely not the last of it. My new office is down the other side of the hill on our campus, so I hold off my morning coffee til I do another walk up the hill to check in with our admin assistant, so more exercise (though a little more sedate than this morning's walk.) Nearly 5000 steps achieved and it's only 10am
Off to a long meeting with lunch provided in a bit...not sure how I'll manage that...hoping for plenty of strawberries etc on a fruit platter that I can nibble on so I don't have to sit there with an obviously empty plate Was hard enough saying no to the cake-pops provided at the last meeting I was at.
@KataMac, I hear you on the icy morning - apparently it was just under 2 near me when I got up this am...quite weird after we had a 29 day the other day! No wonder it was hard dragging myself out of bed...especially with no warm porridge to get me going! I sometimes think I should go back and follow your breakfast eating example for my fast days.
@GMH I'm with you on the almost to goal thing, and contemplating making one of my weekly fasts quite relaxed to see how it goes. I'm planning to try 6:1 as maintenance, so slowly ease off my 2nd day fast to a normal day over a number of weeks.

I am new here and starting my first fast day on Thursday... I am in California so it is still Wednesday night. I like that all of you will be a little ahead of me and I will follow your lead!

My 1st Back to Back fast because I missed my
Monday fast (holiday) (up 4 lbs!!) so I thought I would try Wed Thurs
Fast to get back on track.
Does it matter if you change the fasting days?
Or should you keep to the same pattern?
Yesterday was harder then last week but so pleased
to feel back in control (huge for me) and the scale agreed this

Thought I might try the Veg curry for dinner tonight.
