Wow nearly a week into December, where did the year go?
So a fast day for me, who else is joining in today?
I'm in, got to have my nights sleep first though!
I'll be there :like:
Good luck Thursday Thrillers!
I have fasted Monday and today..hoping to do Friday too
Last big push before Christmas
Wish you all a good repair and heal day xxx!
I will be there too fasting from 7pm tonight till 7pm tomorrow :like:
I am in. Big gym session planned too.
Today is Fast Day #3 for me...only started a week ago. I was up very early today so it will be a long one for me. Have to keep busy and stay away from the kitchen :). Hope you all have a good one!
Good morning Wineoclock and all, nice to see you back Wineo. I'm in today. Lovely sunny day, but rain forecast later. Off to work, and duck breast salad for dinner - local duck too, Muscovy, and our own broad beans, snow peas and English spinach. It's a locavore dinner. But not for ages yet. The thought will sustain me in the hours ahead.
Yep, I'm in. I can do it!
I'm in for a fast day! I'm at work and our cafe here only takes cash... of which I have none... so I can't even be tempted to get something!
I'm going to attempt only liquids until dinner tonight for the first time - and just in case I have a carrot for emergencies!
As usual I have a big weekend ahead and so want to really challenge myself today!
Good luck everybody! We can do this!
I'm in! I have supplies for a low-cal lunch if I need it since I have a Pilates class straight from work.
Second fast of the week. Was easy because away for work. Time flew. Tad peckish now though.
Hi everyone, I am in today too! :)
Enjoyed a few early Christmas treats last night - ie English mince pie and piece of Scottish shortbread - so have those carbs, sugar and fat to see me through the morning and hopefully all the way til tea time!!
Am taking my mother to see "One chance" this morning, about Paul Potts in Britain's Got Talent. It will be a nice feel good film, I am sure, and I like James Corden too.
Then this afternoon I am catching up with some friends who I don't see very often, so these activities will help get me thru the day.
And I am making a bit pot of lentil and veggie soup for tea :)
Happy fasting everyone!
PS SoTellMe - hope it's all going well for you?
@Sallyo yummo on your dinner, might hop on a plane and come down, what time are you serving
