Hi friends,
Who's fasting with me today? It a beautiful sunny spring morning here and my cherry blossom trees have begun to bloom. :clover:
I'm in! Gorgeous day in Sydney.
Feeling disappointed in myself though as yesterday I was feasting and although my meals were healthy I succumbed to ice cream and wine and think I went over 2000cals :(
Good bit was I have dropped about 3lb down again from when I put on a bit last week.
Have a great fast everyone and good luck!
Lil
I'm in too. 29 forecast for today. I had wine too Lilsmiler and ate too much, been really hungry lately. Hopefully today will right the wrongs.
Good luck! I'm hungry already but herbal teas until the evening!

I'm in too. Had a Chinese mini feast yesterday, but stopped eating by 1pm. So, I'll be doing a fast the only way available to me thus far this week: from afternoon to following evening. I 'breakfast' when my singing mates converge on a spread of pizza, salad and vino...we don't get to eat until 9pm which I think counts as every rule broken everywhere!!!! but life just evolves and I'm stickin to my 5:2 to save my sanity and/or waistline. Diligence, thy name is someone else's!
I can already tell that this isn't going to be as easy as Monday as I'm hungry already :(
Lil
Same here, Lilsmiler. I'm in but I'm ravenous already thinking of fasting tomorrow :(
Throwing my hat into the Thursday fasting ring, when Thursday arrives. I have yet to eat Wednesday's dinner. hahaha
I am in too although not officially Thursday yet here either!
I'm going OK, literally galping down huge mugs of herbal teas lol in an attempt to get rid of the hunger pangs. How are fasts OK one day and terrible the next?!
Lil
I'm in too. Into my second week and on my 4th fasting day. Didn't have breakfast and waited until lunch to have my first food intake. Has made the morning so much easier with no hunger pangs so I think I'll adopt this going forward.
I agree Lil, last one was easier. Today is harder and I'm about to torture myself and cook all afternoon. I'm really getting into freezer cooking which someone on here mentioned from a website called skinnymomkitchen. I won't tell you what I'm cooking or we will all start salivating . :clover:
I'm in, easiest fast I have ever done, only just feeling a tiny bit hungry. Big bowl veg soup for bfst - maybe I should have that everyday? Nah too healthy :>) Lil Smiler, I always eat like that on feed days...I'm not hungry I just eat cos a) I can & b) I fancy something...That's why I like this WOE, I never feel guilty.
How strange is it though how it comes on so strongly and then 10 minutes later, although you still want food the hunger 'pain' has gone!
Lil
I'm in today too. Woke with a headache but hoping the caffeine and paracetamol shift it. Otherwise , if I feel too meh/grotty it'll be 16:8 and another fast on Saturday.
Hope everyone else has a good one.
