Fasting today Thurs 8 August

Help. I fell off the wagon. Missed my fasts. Started eating too much chocolate. Lost it completely. I feel ill. Fasting today in an attempt to get back on track and recapture the feeling of good health and self -control that I had before this last couple of weeks. It is all due to too much stress.
Sorry, I must have started my post at exactly the same time as you. Don't know how to merge the two threads.
I'm in. Only supposed to be 10 degrees here today, so soup sounds good to me. Hope it's warmer wherever you are.
Hi Byoung I was wondering where you were. Sorry the stress got to such a level and I hope things are getting better. You might not be able to control the things that are stressing you but feeling in control of your health just might help. At least that's what I find.
A big hug and cheers to a great fast day.
If Im fasting on the two fasting today threads will I lose twice as much or will it be twice as hard. :?:

Thank you. Big project on right now and very tight deadline. Basically no time for anything else including exercise, cooking, relaxation. Good news is that the end is in sight. Thanks for your good wishes. I aim to get back on track with the fasting right now because feeling in control of my health is a very good feeling.
I missed you too, Byoung. You are usually the first one on here on fasting days and I have become dependent on seeing you here. Sorry to hear you have been having a tough time.

I am fasting today. Back at work following a few weeks off after eye surgery. Eyes now ok. I'm a bit unclear about what to have for dinner. I have some minced beef in the fridge so will probably do some kind of meat balls in a tomato and veg sauce.
I merged the two threads - no worries as it's easy to do :-)
Good morning all, I am in today as well.

Hungry already :dazed:

Just filled a big jug of water to keep me going.

A busy day at work, so hope that time will fly...

Good luck to you all!
Moien from Luxembourg,

It's going to be an interesting day, as I shall be undergoing a colonoscopy this afternoon. Therefore, after three days of a gentle laxative, I am now having to drink 4 litres of a solution that, well, you can probably guess what it does. It's 8:40 and that's the first litre downed. It has the most odd taste, but I am sure that it will do the trick. :-?

So I think there will be a bit of a boost to my downwards graph...
Must dash!
Happy fasting
X
Good luck with your colonoscopy Hellengerin. I'm fasting today had a funny old week with a fast on Sunday which I then blew at about 9pm and a good fast on Tuesday instead of Monday. Briefly touched my target weight on Wednesday morning, we'll see what I hit tomorrow. Am thinking I will go a little lower to allow for ups and downs just didn't want to go too low as at 51 I was worried about looking gaunt. Good fasting everyone :)
I'm fasting today too :clover:
Hi all
I'm in for my second fast of the week, just got back from a 5 mile walk so ready for a bit of a chill out with a cup of green tea and hot chilli flakes, seem to be having Chilli or Cayenne pepper with everything at moment, is there anyone else out there having funny cravings a couple of weeks ago it was salty drinks now chilli’s.

Have a good day all, a bit of gardening day for me then probably another walk tonight after tea to pass the time before bed.
