Good luck everyone
I'm in, my fast day is coming to a close. I feel good, today has gone well. Happy fasting everyone! :)
I'm in for my first proper fast this week. I did two half fasts on sunday and tuesday.
I'm in today. Just have to keep busy, busy busy so I don't eat, eat eat!
I'm in too today - good luck everyone :clover:
I'm in also - had hoped to do liquid fast of under 100 cals but I'm choked with a chesty cold and feeling miserable. I have a chicken soup which is about 260cals altogether which I'm hoping will cover it. If not I can have 2 chicken soups and still keep under 500 but still do a liquid fast also.
I am in today.

I am convinced I won't lose again this week as I had beer and chocolate at my friend's house last night, and I don't seem to lose anything unless I am good all week. Not sure how I feel about that.
Hello everyone who is fasting with me today. Just like @wineoclock and @egduf I woke up with a rumbly tummy, but otherwise feeling good! This is my fourth week on this WOE and next week I am going to up the ante by exercising. I have a 20 minute workout DVD which assures me I will be ripped in 30 days! Before and after pictures to come!!! Good luck and big support from me x
Wineoclock wrote: Good Morning and perhaps still good evening for some. I'm fasting today and have had the misfortune of waking up really hungry. Well I can't let that stop me so who is joining me today :?:

I woke up hungry too and have 'the rumbles' now....fasting as long as I can is going to be tricky today!
I am in today - happy fasting everyone
I was fasting today until I weighed and found I had put on weight even though I have always stuck to fasting. I have now fallen of the wagon for the first time. I wont tell you what I just ate because you all have rumbling tummies but good luck to you all.
Phil @philxjr don't let this dishearten you too much..its a horrible feeling i know but there are several reasons this can happen..could just be water retention, for one thing. Remember that tape measures can be friendlier than scales! Keep the faith, put today down to just one of those things, climb back on the wagon tomorrow, and there will be good news for you again!
Don't despair Phil. Have you tried weighing yourself daily? It's surprisingly more encouraging. I weigh two pounds less than I did yesterday and that's after eating a little something to help me work, rest and play

I'm definitely in today. Have bean naughty this week

Bean :starving:
I'm fasting today and I am determined to be good. It's so I can go to the pub tomorrow for lunch and order whatever then hell I want.
Candy @Candicemarie? Are you following me again?
