I'm in today and I'm finding it quite hard. I did my wiegh in this weekend for the first time in over 2 months to find I had lost a measly 2 pounds. I need to re-examine what I'm eating on fast days and up my exercise if I'm going to make this woe work for me. I'm beginning to think it's not going to work.I have only lost just short of 5 pounds since April - what's the point.

So far today I have eaten a mini milk and a few grapes and that's it until dinner time. Unfortunately my husband has done the menu planning so it's a sausage pasta bake for dinner and the worlds smallest portion for me.
Apologies for posting twice..... that wasn't meant... see thats how hungry i am :starving: ... my concentration has gone :dazed:
Browsing the forum, killing time till dinner is ready ...... :starving:
Nearly there, still just about enough calories for a bedtime Options

I will break my fast tomorrow with an omlete, and have bought some buttermilk to make Soda bread for lunch.
Good luck to those still part-way through their days :clover:
