I'm in today and struggling with it bigtime. Usually i don't have a problem with not eating all day, but for some reason today is hard work. Drinking lots and dreaming of my ham and mushroom omelette and salad tonight.........
Yes i am in! With a vengeance! Feel really ready for first time in many weeks to pony up!
Good luck everyone, a galloping good dY to all..and well done to @Debs and anyone else down under whose day will now be virtually done! :like:
Count me in too. I have not had one easter egg over the long weekend. Have had chocolate tho. Good luck all fasting today.
Tuesday just starting here. I will 16:8 but can't do a full fast as out for dinner tonight and intend to enjoy
I'm in too today - good luck everyone :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover:
I'm fasting today as well. I haven't eaten since yesterday 7 pm.
I even managed to skip lunch, although that raised a few questions with my colleagues :?: .
Not skipping dinner though. And after dinner no eating until tomorrow morning.

I'm feeling really good about my resolve after eating till I burst during Easter :eat: .
Lovely to see you Daydreamer. Hope you had a lovely holiday!

Well I'm definitely NOT fasting today but thought I'd just pop in and send you all some good fasting vibes. Hope it goes well for you!

Bean xx
I am in today too....just had coffee so far...salad tonight. Good luck folks!
I'm in. Quite excited at trying out counting carbs instead of counting calories on my feed days - its a way of eating I haven't tried before. Having spicy chicken breast with salad tonight, then I will breakfast tomorrow on almond & blueberry porridge, prawn salad for lunch and roast chicken with veg for dinner. Then it's back to fasting on Thursday. Time to make tonight's dinner now, I think.
Somewhat late in checking in.....but I'm in! It's 7pm here now, & the day has gone fine so far - barely thought about food today......what's that all about?!

Well done everybody!

How does It feel to be back in SanFran@rawkaren? X

@hazelnut20 i feel the same..the day's gone well..funny how some fast days are easier than others..wish i could put my finger on the magical factor that means i can just breeze thru a fast n repair day..
got lots of tasks done too that had been hanging round,so a doubly good day X :like: hurrah!

Hmmm @joyful janet might give the counting carbs rather than cal counting a try soon..good idea x!

And @Motherof2 respect on non eating of easter eggs! :like: ( i had two full size ones plus a few small ones too  they were gorgeous but now a distant dream...onwards and downwards from today! ) x
Well the fast day is nearly over but I have been doing it and doing well!!

First day fast after a gluttonous Easter weekend filled with a stinking cold! Had to cancel half my plans and ate out of grumpiness. Surprisingly the old saying "Feed a cold" did not help at all so have fasted today and am actually feeling better!

I'll be back tomorrow again as the only way I can manage a 5:2 this week is with a back-to-back. Scary stuff!!

Hope you all had a good day xx
Get well soon @spanner
Colds may be minor but they sure are miserable..wish they could find a cure!
Sallyo wrote: I've finished with Tuesday now, so goodnight all. Good fast today. I have that flat tummy feeling and I'm looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

Well done @Sallyo isnt that flat tum feel one of the best feels in the world! X
