I am also fasting today due to yesterday being Easter Monday, I suspect there might be a few of us out there.

Good luck
Hello stranger! Yes, a few of us have slightly overdone it! Me, on chocolate only though!
Yes, I'm in too today after two weeks off due to Easter holidays and a 3lb weight gain! Going to have to do back to back today and tomorrow due to going out on Thursday and just cannot fast at weekends. Still have the Solstice challenge to spur me on.
I'm in today, first proper fast in a long time post skiing holiday, I usually do an eating window and that is enough to maintain but now need to get back to my maintenance level and was thinking I may try and lose a bit more, I'll see how I go.
Good luck everyone!
I'm back after a period of absence (well, I was on holiday) I fasted the first week of my holiday, didn't fast last week but managed to keep under 2000 every day which created a deficit and I managed to hit my Easter target.....Which I promptly screwed up as soon as I got home on Saturday night! I feel cross with myself as my weight has jumped up again in just a few days!! So I am glad to be back to my routine of fasting. I didn't do my usual Monday fast yesterday as it was Mum's birthday, so I'm doing Tues/Thurs/Sat this week, and going to be really keeping my carbs down as that's always the thing that messes me up.
I'm back in today after a 2 week all inclusive break!! I need this!
I in for a half fast was suppose to be yesterday but we went out and I had a McD's (chicken sandwich no mayo).
Hello, fasters. How's everyone's day going? I am doing pretty well- no food so far, only tea and coffee. It's just after 5pm and I'm going to enter the kitchen at 5.30 and start cooking chicken livers and red onions for dinner. Perhaps a very small serve of mashed potato would be permissible. No left over quince and apple crumble for me. Or just a very, very, very tiny portion, possibly. My knitting project is up to the sewing up stage so it's been a productive but gentle day. Just what I needed after an energetic Easter, bush walking in Cradle Mountain.
I'm in after an active but well-fed Easter. Good luck all! :clover:
Aaaarggghhhh, quince and apple crumble, I absolutely LOVE quince!!!
Going remarkably well here, will go to the gym and do some HIT later and have a very, very light dinner
I am in today too after Easter. Hoping to get into the elusive 55k zone before too long. Happy fasting folks!
Have just decided to make today a fastday as I'm out all day tomorrow shopping + lunch with a friend so back2back for me with yesterday then will pop in Thurs if my plans don't get changed for me by OH. :clover: Good luck all :clover: :clover:
I'm in today, which feels very odd as usually that means it's a Monday... the tough bit will be fasting again on Thursday, with only one day in between

I hope everyone's had a nice Easter, I wasn't planning on it but did end up consuming rather a lot of chocolate one way or another. Weird how I can usually take it or leave it, but once I start, I'm on a very slippery slope

Good luck everyone :clover:  :like:
Tough call today after the Easter weekend.
Have just signed up to the Solstice challenge after having missed my Easter goal. Ever the optimist!
I've finished with Tuesday now, so goodnight all. Good fast today. I have that flat tummy feeling and I'm looking forward to breakfast in the morning.
