Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

I'm in too. First time that I do a tuesday but decided to try switching from mondays to tuesdays. Going well so far. Busy at work and not that hungry.
I'm in for the second Fast of the week, I have my food at lunchtime so only 122 minutes to go.....! Good luck all :clover:
I was supposed to fast yesterday but had such a stressful day at work caved in at 2pm and had a cheese panini :frown: Managed to salvage the day by having a light dinner and by 8pm so turned yesterday in to a 18/6 instead.

SOOOOOO am fasting today now instead!

Good luck everyone :clover: - hope it's going well
I'm in today! Surprised how few people are on this thread today! Maybe because I usually do Monday and that has a bigger crowd? Good luck to everyone. I'm expecting a challenge since work has been very stressful and stress makes me eat!
Well, the day's just about over for me, just having a browse before bed. Good luck to those still fasting and sweet dreams to those toddling off to bed.
Night night @Chook :sleepy:

It's still only mid-day here in London but sticking to it so far
Mid-afternoon here in France. Just back from the gym and looking forward to dinner already. I haven't decided what to eat yet, something with spinach I think. Any ideas?
It's almost 4pm here in the UK and I'm still going strong...had a few complaints from those who I share milk with at work that I've not bought any this week! Might stick to black coffee all week without sugar as I don't really mind it!

Looking forward to my weight watchers ready meal and 2 ryvitas for tea!
Hi everyone, hope it's going well today. I have never done 'back to back' but like so many on here today it's a bit of a problem week so it is a consideration. My other option is a '12 to 12' starting tomorrow lunch time through to Thursday lunch time. :?:

Keep going and good luck :clover:
I'm in today. Just had a five-veg risotto (chard, mushroom, aubergine, tomato and peas) which has filled me up for c350 calories. Added a bit too much Vecon (like Marmite) so it was a bit salty, but enjoyed it nonetheless. May have boiled egg with asparagus later. Main challenge today = pub quiz tonight, just drinking fizzy water fot three hours.
I'm in as well. I ate out yesterday so I changed it for today :)
First day of fasting on this diet. Headache and tired  I am sure this will pass but not how long it will last.
10 minutes till Dinner :starving: I've he;d out till now on 1 Sugar Free Werthers and a mug of Chicken Bovril...nearly there
Just had my first meal of the day. The day has gone really well but I have to say I REALLY wanted to binge when I sat down to eat dinner with my family. Stuck to my 400 cals though and am pleased to know that I still have room for some fruit later if I should want it. Makes it easier to know that tomorrow I am not counting calories :)
I'm doing today, normally Monday but it was a friends birthday so we arranged to go the pub. However, when we got there it was closed Mondays so could have done 500 after all! Anyway, doing today instead, nearly there, just of to do prawn stir fry with konjac.
