I'm in for my second fast this week. Who's joining me?
I'm in for my first fast of the week! I rarely do Tuesdays so this feels weird. Planning on doing a back to back fast tomorrow, too, as it's the only time I can fit it in! How is your fast going, @Chook? What's for dinner?
This is the second day of a back to back. It's going fine I guess. I have some low cal frozen meals and I have yet to make a decision as to what I'll have. I wonder where everyone else is? It seems very quiet on here today.
Hi Chookie and Kel, I'm in today as well, been running around haven't had a chance to think about food so far!!!

I'm in today, second of three. Back to my usual Sun, Tue, Thurs after a three week break. Hope this one is a s easy as Sunday's :) Although I have accidentally dne my HIIT session- I should be having the rest day today and miscalculated :oops:
Actually quite hungry but it'll pass.

I've done a back to back once before and I think I did find it slightly harder, but I'm pretty convinced that was all in my mind! I have discovered I pretty much can't touch caffeine on my fast days now though, it gives me such a head rush!
Have been so busy at work today I want to cry, but on the plus side I haven't been thinking about or googling food which is unusual !!
I'm in after my useless fast yesterday that involved pizza and profiteroles...shameful. I ended up just doing 16:8 but today doing a proper fast, and Thursday and 16:8 on Friday, Saturday, Sunday! Making a conscious effort to shift the gain I've had over half term. WE CAN DO IT!!!!!
I'm joining you today @Chookand this will us good. I am nursing a horrible cough-cum-cold which set in over half term, so no gym but perhaps a burst of HIIT. As @danielle21711 says, we can do it and shift the gain. Have a successful day everyone.
:heart: Yes I'm in again today after a successful one yesterday so back2back again as I've got a very busy day ahead of me that will keep me out of the house/kitchen a few hours then a planned mushroom stroganoff with
courgette ribbons for evening meal. :heart: Sue
Sounds very nice SueQ, I will try that one day. I have a lot on at te weekend so I may try and do that too so I can enjoy myself.
I'm in today, Prawn salad for dinner (yes AGAIN). Lots to do in the greenhouse today as well as delivering DS to an exam this afternoon.

I'm in after almost 2 weeks break due to vacation and illness. Going in with low moral and extreme hunger
I'm in too! Normally do Mondays, but went out to lunch instead, num num!

Might do a back to back tomorrow.....as I am a bit out of control at the mo & have committed to a tough Easter Challenge, which I have no hope of succeeding in......unless I give myself a very stern talking to!!!!

I have a terrible memory, so have forgotten the name of the poster who just posted....about low morale & hunger. Quick, put the kettle on immediately! Make the drink of your choice, sit down & enjoy it, then get up & get busy....to take your mind off things! You know the hunger pangs will soon go away, they don't ramp up & up as the day goes on - or if they do, you are not drinking enough. You can do it! We are all with you today - so take comfort in that. There is an army of fasters out there who all know what a tough day feels like....so think of how great you will feel at the end of today when you have succeeded!

Hi! I'm in too today. Been rubbish recently, what with birthdays, cake and three weeks of illness - just not felt like it. Did wardrobe assessment yesterday, so I kbow I definitely need to get back on the fasting wagon!! Good luck all!
