It was a holiday in Australia yesterday, so enjoyed a long weekend of sun, swimming, eating and drinking. Not feeling very organised for today's fast - it'll be black coffee this morning and nothing until dinner - just not sure yet what dinner will be! I'll be looking to my fellow fasters for inspiration
Weigh in tomorrow - that result will tell me if this week is a 5:2 or a 6:1 - so that should motivate me today!
