Who is in with me today?

It was a holiday in Australia yesterday, so enjoyed a long weekend of sun, swimming, eating and drinking. Not feeling very organised for today's fast - it'll be black coffee this morning and nothing until dinner - just not sure yet what dinner will be! I'll be looking to my fellow fasters for inspiration

Weigh in tomorrow - that result will tell me if this week is a 5:2 or a 6:1 - so that should motivate me today!

Good luck everyone - and welcome to any newbies starting today! :clover:
Hi @Otter Yes, give me a few hours and I'll be in too! I, too, am not sure what to have in the evening. Am thinking about having a 2-egg omelette...but do I have cheese or bacon or mushrooms? Decisions, decisions!

Good luck fellow fasters and hope you are more organised than me!

Bean :dazed:

 Hi @nursebean Yes after a very successful fast today I've decided to to back2back because Wednesday is now off plus after receiving the kick up the bum I needed so after a few hours I'll be back to join you + @Otter plus a few more along the way :clover: Good. Luck fellow fasters. :clover:
HI everyone

Yes I am in for today - after a big weekend away in Canberra ( the girls were playing softball ) I need it, but already finding it difficult..... Good luck everyone
I'm in today as yesterday was a public holiday.
I'm going to go for it tomorrow as well. It'll be my first time trying consecutive days, so I imagine I'll be checking in here for some support and tips!
Good luck today everyone :)
Good luck all you Terrific Tuesday fasting folk! X have a great and groovy day! X
I'm in today, I couldn't get motivated on the public holiday yesterday.
I'll have my usual herbal teas and a black coffee till 6pm when I'll stir fry up my huge plate of veges adding some lemon juice and a stock cube, then some strawberries and melon.
2 big glasses of water so far- trying to do a bit of a detox as well after hols last week
Have a good day everyone.
Morning all, I'm in for today!

I also over indulged over the long weekend and am feeling very dazed and not really with it today - I can tell it's not going to be a productive day at work!

I'm having a chicken and feta salad for dinner - I get this amazing feta with chilli flakes on from our local deli and combining with green beans, rocket, cherry toms, cucumber and lime juice for a yummy (HUGE) salad.

I'm lucky, I get to send off the OH to get the ingredients and usually I pretty much have dinner on the table as soon as I'm in from work as he knows I'll be very hungry!! What a super star he is. Having supportive people around you makes all the difference!
I'm in for today after yesterday's holiday! So far, so good
Well I'm back from the supermarket and I'm now all set for my fast day dinner.

Your salad got me inspired @kelkelkelster ! So it's a salad full of baby spinach, boiled egg, tuna, green beans, spanish onion and kalamata olives for me tonight with plenty of fresh lemon juice.

I've just had a diet coke to give me a bit of a caffeine hit - that's something I keep just for fast days.

Just knowing dinner is planned and sorted has made me feel much better about today! Hope it's going well for all my fellow fasters :clover:
We seem a bit thin on the ground today

I'm fasting today after a bit of a mad weekend. It looks like I'll be stuck indoors today, but I have a new toy in the shape of a hand held steam cleaner to play with.
I'll be cooking a meat Bolognese for the family and a Quorn and Veg version for me. Has anyone else noticed that the calorie count in Slim Pasta has gone up to 21 cals for 100g?
Happy Fasting!
Good morning all. I'm in today after not managing yesterday. I fasted until 4pm and then just couldn't manage not joining in with the family. Oh well - today, is another day!
Have a good day, everyone :)
Like quite a few of you Aussies I'm in today instead of my usual Monday due to the public holiday yesterday. The hot day has made it easier I think, have been happy just drinking water. Good luck to everyone! :clover:
I'm in today instead of normal Monday. Back to back tomorrow which is a first for me and I'm almost at my year anniversary. It's not stopped raining for about a week here so no yummy sounding salad for me.
