Hi all!
I couldn't see a topic yet on this subject; I am a bit surprised as it is late afternoon in Oz.
Today is a fast day for me, and I am struggling. Probably something to do with me doing ADF for the last week – not my intention, but is how it is working out in order to make up for my indulgences due to having been out to dinner and 3 more such outings in the next week, and to ensure I will fit into a very tight fitting dress in 2 weeks.
I am now into my eighth month of this WOE, close to my goal weight, and not able to exercise much since a knee op a month ago, which are also relevant factors (my TDEE is only 1400), so even on non-fast days I can feel hungry.
But I know I will feel good tomorrow, so I just need to hang in there til then...will find something tasty for tea :D
Is it just the two of us Sassy?

Fasting today in rainy cold SE England, no plans yet other than keeping busy and keeping warm :clover:

Yep, I'm in today

Liquids as long as possible.

Happy fasting everyone :clover:

I'm in, hoping to repair the effects of three days of unbridled excess.

Here's to an essy one, folks (I'm raising a cup of black coffee)!

Fasting today! Good luck all!!! :)
Had porridge for brekkie, lentil soup for tea. Drinking sparkling water and green tea during the day. Today is my 33rd fast. I have lost 12 pounds in 15 weeks. Very happy. :)
Good morning

I am running late with the sign in as usual. I am in today, OH is sick in bed with flu so not sure whether he will be fasting or not. I think it's more important that he takes plenty of fluids and if he's hungry then he should eat.

Anyway good luck to all :clover:
I'm in today. Liquids till dinner time in 8 or 9 more hours. I am trying to break this plateau, actually an increase in weight caused by various factors last month. Keeping busy with DIY should help.

I do love the fact that I am still fasting, even though I put on weight, I haven't given up because I KNOW the reasons for the increase, I haven't also been shoved down the guilt path (as would have happened with other diet plans), I have just shaken the dust off and got back on my fasting bike. My goal may be delayed by a month or so, but whats a month after 30 years of being overweight?
Eating too much during the weekend with family together and Christening, so I am in today too :like:
