OK, where are you Oz fasters? I am here in frozen Canada and plan to fast tomorrow ( today for you peeps Down Under) As soon as I wake up tomorrow, I'll be "fasting" with less than 500 cal.
How are you doing with the heat??!!I I so want to visit your fabulous land soon. My BFF is an ex-pat Adelaide person living here with her Canadian OH. Good luck to you on your fasts today

Yep, I'm in. Fast 2 for the week. And it's been a hungry one! I ended up caving for a little bit of salad at midday, but my calories will still come in under 600, and as I am doing a 4:3 this week I am happy to call this a successful fast. It's 2.15 pm, sp hopefully the rest of the day gets easier!

I'm in. It's about 40 deg C after an overnight low of about 28. I don't want to eat because it's HOTTTTTT!!!

I'm in, but too hot to exercise unfortunately, that makes it harder, maybe I can pull the crosstrainer out into the airconditioning, which means it's only 28 instead of 42 degrees? Yuck, hate this weather, I have to leap out of bed at the crack of dawn to water the poor garden, and the rest of the day I don't feel like doing anything, except collapsing in front of the tennis! Not good!

I will join you all today. Second fast this week. Stay cool Oz fasters. It sounds dreadful.

I'm fasting today too. I've switched from my usual days to fit in a birthday lunch with a friend tomorrow. All meals sorted out for today, OH is out for lunch, DS is having left over chicken curry from last night and I have the last of my batch of homemade Quorn Curry with some slim rice.

I'm fasting today! Number 2/3 for me. I really love doing ADF during the week, makes me week so much easier not having to think about food for most of it and avoiding all the naughty treats left over from Christmas in the cupboards at work!

Second fast for the week for me as well. Please send some of your sunshine over to me as the weather here is really depressing. Everybody's meals sound far more interesting than my soup, food envy!

I'm going to be fasting today, got to get this body back to shrinking mode.
Baked salmon with aubergine tonight, whilst the others have all sorts of other lovely things.

I;m in for no.66 and second of three this week.
It's raining again here...feel sorry for those in Oz. Too hot for my liking. I will stick with the rain thanks xxx
