I'm in for my second fast of three this week. Food wise I feel fine but I feel a bit miserable, sorry for myself. I quite often feel like that on a fast day.
I am in today as usual for a Wednesday. The fast days are usually not a problem but I think I must be overeating my TDEE on non-fast days as my weight is starting to trend up again.
Have to start tracking ALL my calories again to see what's going on. Trying to keep mostly low carb but I am messing up somewhere.
Tea and coffee and miso soup coming up and maybe a very small dinner.
Good luck all for an easy fast day :clover:  :clover:
Have kept busy but struggled today. Rotten headache and feeling quite weak. I have been doing this nearly two months now and never felt this way before. Have just put some eggs on to boil ready for my egg salad dinner soon. Would love to eat now but it is a bit too early.
Hi you Wednesday Wonders! X
Several people seem to be wobbly ( Wednesday Wobblers?)
It gets tricky at times but keep focusing!
Well done@justdeeon swerving the temptation! :like:
@Wildmissus sending a hug..i think some fast days we can feel quite deprived even when it goes quite smoothly. But WM you look a million dollars so its worth it!and dont forget the health benefits!
It aint as easy as we'd like it to be is it girls!..but most worthwhile things are never that easy.. ...but it sure beats WW and SW !
Luckily I have been busy today, unluckily it was to tidy my kids bedrooms again. So my distraction today has not been what I wanted, but the results are great. No nibbling and tidy bedrooms.
I'm having veg bake and salmon.
I'm a wednesday wobbler @candicemarie. Also got a headache today @bobshouse, horrid isn't it. I've been picking on pineapple and cherries this afternoon and drinking lots of water but can't get rid of the headache. Keep thinking I'll just finish my fast in a minute. Almost dinner time so I'll see how I go. I'm having salmon with veg and a few new potatoes. That should do the trick. Come on girls we've almost done it. :)
I've had dinner now and feel a bit better. The headache is still there but I think I might make it to the end of the day.

edit: Just realized I've only had 1 coffee today. I've been having about 3 or 4 a day for the last month or so. Off to make a coffee and top up the caffeine level.
Made it. Had two boiled eggs, a big green salad and an apple and banana for pud. Took the dogs for evening walk and headache now gone. Wore some cropped trousers today that were in the back of the wardrobe due to being too small. The shirt I chose to wear with them is size 14 and way too big so once washed will go in the charity bag. It has helped me keep going today!

Ooh err a double post!
Well done @bobshouse, normal day tomorrow and then only 1 left this week :)
Yup, already thinking of breakfast. I find I look forward to weekends too as I get two feed days in a row. This weekend is the 24 hr Le Mans race and on Friday se are going down to St Saturnin for the classic British welcome. I fully intend to fast as normal and will take a bottle of water with me. Will have a salad ready for when we get home.
You seem to have it all in hand, good on ya!! have a great day. I also love weekends more these days, even if I don't over do it. May be it's just because they're now guilt free. :)
Sending big hugs to @Wildmissus, big thanks to @StowgateResident and big respect to @justdee - who should definitely check out the Virtuous Tent up at Fastonbury GG! It can be so tough having to provide food for the family when we are on a fast day! Everything smells so yummy.....

I have just eaten for the first time today (bowl of soup)...and can feel the resolve flooding back, even though I can feel a headache brewing as I type....

Well done all xx

Hubby tucked into a lovely smelling pizza whilst I had egg salad! When he had his baguette and camembert for lunch I went outside and cleaned out the chicken houses!
