Hi everyone :)

Can't see a thread for today...

Second fast for the week, aiming to do 4:3 before hols next week. This fits in with my activities for the week too. Had a "good" non- fast day yesterday, which is great but may make fasting more difficult today... But I am resolved!!

I'm in. I'm also doing 4:3 for awhile to get rid of holiday gain. My first fast after getting back (last week) was easy, but since then it's been a bit of a struggle. I'm famished and it's not even 1pm yet.

I'm here. At college most of the day and I'm leaving my money at home so that there is no chance of me giving in; feeling mentally wobbly so I have to resort to desperate measures when I'm feeling like this! If I'm not reporting back after tea to say I'm done - wet fish please! hehe! Have a good one y'all :like:
I am fasting too, second of the week. Had vague ideas of breakfast but replaced it with 'it's Wednesday, a fast day'. So here I am! I will not eat until dinner tonight. Have a good one fellow fasters.
I'm in today. My 2nd of 3 too. Happy fasting everyone, hope it's an easy one. :)

Only my first fast of the week, sadly.

I really need to get back on track as the last couple of weeks has seen my resolve slip. Suddenly, I am back to mindless overeating & last week I only fasted once.

I need my mojo back.....

Come on @Hazelnut20, stick with it - you know it makes sense! Everyone's resolve slips sometime, so you're not alone in that! Just think about why you decided to lose weight in the first place and try to re-kindle that feeling of succeeding with your very first fast!

I'm in for my second fast of the week, aiming for my third on Friday. Holiday in only eleven days - need the 'wiggle room' before I go!

I'm in too. I had a high carb dinner AND a late supper of weetabix, so I'm expecting a sugar dip around 4pm. I'm doing 4:3 for the forseeable future. I am hoping to drop another 10lb before my holidays in August. It would be nice to drop that much before my daughter comes home from Dubai but that would be a nearly 2lb a week loss each week. I don't think my body is into cooperating that much.
Another fast day for me, seems so much easier when the sun is out.

In as well. Monday morning the scales said 63, so I decided to fast on Tuesday. After some work in the hot garden it said 61,5. Tuesday morning: 61, so I skipped the fast (62 is my lower limit). Tuesday evening: 63! So I'm in today. Flexibility is nice, but sometimes these variations in weight could make you nervous (luckily 5:2 or 6:1 allows you to be relaxed about it!)
Count me in. Scales are so up and down at the moment. Could drive a girl mad. Good luck all those fasting today.
I'm still on track, just about. Just made daughter a cheese and ham sandwich for lunch, was going to have a little slice of cheddar then had a flash back to last weeks fast when I had a little bit of chocolate and it turned into a massive munch. I'm sat here with a coffee feeling quite happy with myself for dodging a bullet. How's it going today people?

This is the first day for ages when I haven't got anything at all in my calendar, so I decided to spend the day in the garden tackling the weed mountain. I got sun-creamed up, shorts and sun top on (only ever worn in the privacy of my own garden!) only for the sun to disappear behind a bank of cloud for two hours! I got changed into warmer clothes and pottered around outside. Now the sun has just come out again and I'm too hot! What a dilemma - if I change back into fewer clothes will the sun just disappear again? I suspect so! Perhaps I'll just stay indoors and browse around the forum!

It's around my usual lunchtime and my stomach is trying to persuade me to feed it - so far I've managed to say 'no' - better get back outside, away from the food! :smile:

I'm in today... and I'm already 23 cals over. (I don't have dinner and eat all my cals in a grazing method).

I'm not gonna beat myself up about this. I weighted myself this morning and my scales finally touched just under 9 stone. This is the first time it's happened for about 10 years.
