Youngest daughter made herself a pizza. OH and oldest daughter have been out since 4pm to collect a dinghy boat that we bought so are currently at the chip shop  . I think it is time for a bath! The sailing club are having an open day on Saturday and need some home baking so tomorrow I will be making chocolate orange cookies. Thank goodness for tomorrow  .
Phew I made it, and under calories which has surprised me. I really thought I had gone over by 1 or 200 kcals. But no, when added up it was still under. There was pork steak with roasted carrot sticks (fake chips, very tasty) that we blanched then roasted in one cal spray, salt pepper and some herbs. Plus a massive salad of nearly everything that could be remotely considered salad as long as it was low carb. I did sneak in a tiny pickled beetroot each and a couple of tablespoons of sweetcorn for colour. I am looking forward to relaxing tomorrow though and fingers crossed there is drop on the scales.
