Well I blew it, absolutely ravenous by 12 so I have turned it into a 16:8 and had scrambled egg, quorn burger and sausage for lunch, a slim secret cookie for afternoon tea and the spicy chicken, bean and tomato soup for dinner, so not a total disaster.
Sometimes you wake up and just know it ain't your day!
