Hello @debsie - brilliantly well done for completing that fast! Once you've been at it a while, the fasts just become a way of life & something you barely think about (I know! Can you believe you could ever feel like that??) - I assure you that's true.

Well, you have certainly picked the right place to hang out! There will be plenty of us who can completely relate to the things you said. Heaviest weight ever? Tick. Clothes don't fit? Tick. Time to take control? Tick.

The brilliant news is:- this WOL really works! So, read as much as you can on here because you will get so much inspiration, advice & support. You really can do it, Debsie and you have made a great start!

Good luck - will follow your progress with interest....

@spanner how did your double fast go? I was surprisingly not as hungry on the 2nd day! And I'm definitely appreciating the food on offer to me today... :victory:
@kelkelkelster you are right, it wasn't as bad as I thought and I am really pleased to get two fasting days under my belt in a busy week so giving myself a pat on the back now!!

Now pass the toast.....

Enjoy your week xx
@julianna, I have a doctor's appt. next Tuesday, so thought I would 4:3 this week to add to my good results. However, I drove down to see my son at college yesterday (7 hour round trip) & I had to stop and get something to eat because my blood sugar dropped and I didn't want to drive like that. Perhaps I should just not rush things and not try to manipulate the results, eh?
Hi @MLCDz, I think its good that you listened to your body when you felt that way in the car. I can't wait to hear what your doc says. I was impressed that you were going to try 4:3 or anyone who does. The thought of it is too hard for me because 'way hey' Friday to Sunday nights is so important to me and there's just not enough days in the week
Xxx julianna
Hi @julianna, just this week I've had to readjust my fasting days because of schedule changes, so I'm probably sticking to 5:2 after this week. After seeing your pictures I have determined I don't need to rush. Your new avatar and photos in your fastiversary post are gorgeous, congratulations. :like: :like:
