Hi everyone! I'm fasting today. Who would like to join me?
Still on holidays so I'm about to ruthlessly clean out my closet of all my size 18 clothes to give them to a friend whom I'm lunching with tomorrow. I'm still in size 16 pants but fitting into medium size tops. Things are happening , I feel slimmer and healthier and its exciting.
Have a great fast day peeps.
Xxx julianna
@julianna woo Hoo to you. What a great feeling getting rid of your size 18 clothes. It's so good you are feeling so slim and well, you sure deserve to.
I'm not fasting until tomorrow so enjoy your fast today and lunch tomorrow.
Hi @julianna

I'm in today! It's my second fast day in a row, we had a public holiday here on Monday and have one again on Friday so trying to fit them both in in between! (poor me)

Glad to hear you're feeling slimmer Julianna. I'm looking forward to getting to that point again.

Have a great fast all!
I'm in a strange 'I'm not sure if I'm in or out' mode today. I'm switching from ADF back to 4:3. I fasted on Monday, and MWF sort of feels natural to me. But I have an event tonight, which would mean it won't be a proper fast anyway. I could just do Th and Sat this week. But I've started my morning like it's a fast day. This is not a bad thing given my overeating on non-fast day issues lately!
I'm with you all! I'm very much in need of a couple of good fasts this week as well as being very mindful on my non-fasting days.

Have a great day everyone! :clover:
I am in for my first ever back-to-back fast. Hey @kelkelkelster I think we are in the same boat! How's it going?

Yesterday was an uneventful fast, hoping the same can be said today and then I am out tomorrow for a lovely meal!

Good luck all :clover:
Go for it girls and guys and have a good one!
@julianna thats such great news, what a wonderful feeling for you! X

Well done Julianna! ~ x
I'm doing my first 4:3 week, so I'm doing MWF fasting. Good luck everyone.
Good luck @MLCDz x
I' m eagerly awaiting the arrival of that book you recommended ! X
I'm in - back to back fasting this week (did yesterday too). I don't normally do this but just want to get it out of the way. I came back from 2 weeks on holiday on Sunday with ankles like balloons after a long haul flight from Hong Kong and the warm weather (despite wearing the support tights, keeping hydrated and walking every 30 mins etc). Oh the joys of middle age - anyhow I got weighed when I came back and was roughly 4kg heavier (I usually eat fairly low carb and it was impossible in China plus given the state of my ankles hoped it maybe wasn't all fat!) Since then I have lost a kg a day and ankles are now normal sized. Wahey! So happy to be fasting because I was expecting the weight loss to get back to where I was to take weeks. So happy I found this way of eating - I had a fab holiday where after a few days of trying to eat low carb I gave up (it was virtually impossible due to various circumstances) but then I get back home and I can get back into it.
Hi again. @MLCDz good luck with your 4:3. What has made you decide to try it?
Well closet cleaning took 2&1/2 hours and I dropped 5 bags of lovely size 18 clothes to a very grateful friend who's a single mum and said she has nothing to wear.
A few weeks back hot water pipe exploded in our bathroom under the vanity sink and instantaneous hot water flooded our lounge and bedroom for we think about 6-8 hours. We new we would get new carpet in the bedroom from our insurance but we just found out today that we may need new floorboards and most of the main living areas, kitchen hallway will need to be repainted due to the drip marks as the whole house was like a sauna. All cos of one silly flexible pipe!
Wow @Julianna water is so destructive it will be nice getting the place all done out but a real hassle while it is being done, :curse: great that you are getting rid of your size 18s and double bonus when your friend needs them, :victory: I am in today my 2nd fast of the week this is fast no 111 so it is 2nd nature to me now. Although I am maintaining I still need my 2 fasts a week as I eat too many goodies over the other 5 days that is what I am trying to correct now but it seems too much like an ordinary diet I would rather do my 2 fast days and be done with it. I have not been one of those lucky people that have lost their appetites  :frown: This is a WOL and I am quite happy with it  Good luck and small appetites to all my fellow Wednesday fasters :clover:
As mentioned on 'Jumping on the 5:2 Bandwagon' this is my first fast - certainly an incentive after weighing this morning followed later by measuring my waist! Trying to hold it in to make it smaller - unsuccessfully.

I think I shall be doing two fast days per week and keep a record of what I eat every day just to get some idea and then weigh myself next Wednesday and take it from there.
Am fasting today as missed Monday due to Easter   will also do Friday, then weigh to see if I managed to keep to new low of 9st 12oz, reached last week - also my Fastiversary on Sunday, so must behave self!!!!!!!
I am in, good luck everyone. See ya later
