This is the first fast day I've missed breakfast - just water so far. I don't feel hungry at all, but my stomach is rumbling really loudly and my colleagues are noticing. Any tips to stop a rumbling tummy?
Normally I would of eaten my breakfast by now (recently i've been having 100g of raspberries and trying to make them last about an hour!) but am trying to last a bit longer before I eat as I feel that i'm getting hungrier as soon as I eat something. However, I am very, very hungry so i'm not sure how long i'll last before I snaffle the lot.

Dimmit - this happened to me on Monday - a cup of Miso soup did the trick!!
Got to do some blood work today and an x-ray and my appointment id for 2PM. I'm leaving soon and I will pack a nice coffee and a sandwich for when I'm done.
We are in too (Les and me). He's away since 6am this morning and I was too busy at work to sign in before.
It's our second and last fast for this week.
Hope to have a late lunch as usual and then a nice but small dinner later.
It's a lovely day outside. Oh well back to work.

I'm fasting today too, fourth fast day, and it feels sooooo much easier that the previous three! have had a cup of tea and am feeling fine, no hunger pangs .....YET....I might try and hold out until dinner.
Keep up the good work everyone, tomorrow we can eat lol.
I only woke up at 11, hopefully a sign that the jet lag is ending, and still not hungry so miso soup for lunch, veggies for tea.
I am going to tackle the mountain of ironing resulting from the holiday. Happy to be wearing shorts I wasn't confident enough to take away with me. I love 5:2 fasting
I have a plum but that's really for later on this afternoon!
I don't think it helps that i'm bored at work and therefore have the time to think about my hunger - i'm working my notice and I feel my mind has left the building before my body is allowed to!
Has anyone else tried that?

Today is dragging on even though I am busy at work. Will have my banana soon.

Done this during my holidays when were renovating the kitchen and had to have loads of take outs. Worked for me as I didn't put on during that time. then done my usual 2 days the week following the holidays and when I went on the scales I had weight off.
