Well today is supposed to be a fasting day - but here's where the flexibility of 5:2 is wonderful. I've been so freaking HUNGRY all morning - way more than usual. So we made the executive decision to make today 16:8 instead, with an eating window of 1pm to 9pm, and make our official fast day on Friday now. I'm so relieved and have only 70 minutes left :-D
I'm in and fasting today... 2nd of the week!

I notice I enjoy not packing a lunch in the morning, and not carrying on my back on my bike to work - a lighter load for a lighter load. :)

I think changing to my new schedule (2 full fasts, 1 1/2 day fast) is helping, I was thinking this morning that my body is the type of body that works better when it's not eating full time! The way I ate before, I was just storing it away. Feeling very done with that body, do you hear me - not so much extra storage OK?!
