Second fast of the week for me, too. I am usually a Thursday faster but am going to lunch tomorrow with a friend, so moved it a day early. Fast days are no problem for me nowadays - I've been doing them for nearly a year and they seem perfectly normal! Only black, decaff tea for me all day but I will soon have to go and think about dinner. What to have? Mmmmmm! :?:
Having my first-ever mug of miso soup... ooooh, this was a good purchase. Counting down: an hour before I start cooking dinner :D That said, I don't feel that much hungrier than I do on some normal days around this time. Bodies are weird...
I've been fasting today, completely forgot to "check in", 2of 3. I've got to lose this week it's getting silly now. :?:
I have just had supper of Spanish pulled pork M & S Fuller longer meal that was delicious  I also ate a banana that has taken me over 500 calories but I am so pleased to have managed a second fast mid week even if slightly over my calorie allowance.
I hope all you other fasters also had a good day!
This is my second fast day of the week. I usually spread the calories over lunch and dinner, but today decided to go for one meal in the evening. I've drunk a lot of black coffee through the day and had baked beans, toast and a boiled egg for my tea and just had a Celebrations sweet. This is just over 500 cals and I feel really full :). I may just stick to this regime.
