Who is in?

I'm having a much needed fast day after overdoing it yesterday. I really really need to sort my non-fast days out. Yesterday's trouble was stress-induced emotional eating.

Anyway, good luck Wednesday fasters!
Yep, I'm in. Meeting friends for coffee later but it will be coffee only, no cake. :coffee:
I am fasting today also - not sure how it will go as I also fasted yesterday but the week I am having with dinners & going away it was the best I could do to fit both in
Good luck Chook with the no cake....
Good luck for today also MaryAnn
Good luck you guys x have a good day fasting and repairing x!
After a longer than anticipated break from 5:2 over xmas.
I am back on the wagon and doing my second fast of the week.
Well, I was a good Chook and only had the coffee. Then had a wander through the shops and bought a new pair of shorts. It's going to be hot again next week; we are expecting 40 on Tuesday! :sun:
I am in. Will try 4:3 this week, fasted on Monday without any good results yet - still fighting with gain during Christmas. It is like sticking to me, so strange.

And Chook, you are so lucky to be on the warm side - we have -25F here in Northern NY now!
It is -31.6667... Celsius according to Google!!!And wind too.
So, enjoy your 40! So envious! We are freezing here!
Greetings from snowy Berlin!

I'm in today - fasting until dinner. Just got the Hairy Bikers Great Curries cookbook and have planned a couple of dishes to make tonight. Of course, I will just have a teeny tiny portion of each to keep the cals below 500 :-)
I'm in! My son is sick today, so I have my first fast day not working today, so I assume there will be a lot of tea drinking.
I am in!
This is my first ever back-to-back fast day as I did yesterday too!
Bit concerned about it and suspect will need to spread my 500cals out today rather than waiting until tonight!
Wishing you all a busy hunger free day xxx
I'm in today for number 2/3- I quite like fasting Monday/Wednesday/Friday because it seems to make my week go faster, I know the next time I fast it will be Friday and time for the weekend! Happy fasting all who are :)
I'm fasting today, my second ever (first was Monday). Not sure when to weigh myself, tomorrow, or Monday, which would be a week after I started.
Ai, stupidly hungry. I usually eat breakfast containing 2 boiled eggs for breakfast around 5.30 on fast days. But since I'm home with my sick son today I though I'd skip breakfast. Managed to postpone it until now with some hot tea, but now I'm so hungry that I feel quite nauseated, so I think I should just give in and eat now :o
@spanner is that a Border Terrier on your avatar pic?! Soooooo adorable! We had a Border when we were kids/teenagers, best little dog in the world :-)
I'm in today - usual Weds fast for me.
