Sorry about this double post. It showed the website unavailable, so I tried again.... but it had already worked!
I'm fasting today. I do 4:3 so fast Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do try and watch what I eat on none fast days but failed yesterday! I calculated my food intake at about 2,500 which is far too much. I woke this morning feeling full and slightly off colour so it's easy to fast today. I'm staying in a hotel all week which makes fasting difficult but I plan on calling at a supermarket to buy a salad and maybe some cooked meat for this evening.

I tend to roughly count all my calories from Monday morning until Sunday evening and then average out what I've had over the seven days so I know my fish and chips of yesterday will do me no harm weight wise. I love this way of eating because of that.
Ive been out all morning and havent eaten yet,not been hungry,so i might as well join in with you Wednesday Wonders..normally do Thursdays..
Tomozz i will wake up and feel smug that my second fast n repair of the week is all done and dusted..yipppee! X
Stay strong everyone!
Fasting today, but with this cold and hacking cough my willpower may not be sufficient to keep me going. I ended up doing a 16:8 yesterday as I couldn't face food early on, but went over with the chocolate and homemade pumpkin pie. I had to try the pumpkin pie, never having had it before, and really, I can't see what the hullabaloo is a about. Its just a custard tart with pumpkin in it, pretty bland. *ducks and runs for cover before I get lynched by the Americans*.
Julie I live in America married to a Yank, but I agree on the pumpkin pie.
Now Pumpkin Spice Lattes on the other hand

Ready for fast number 2 of the week and it fells like Fall/Autumn out here
I'm fasting today too, my second this week. Thanks to lots of fab advice from lovely peeps on here I've got my fasting mojo back. I'm trying to combine it with 16:8 which seems to be working ok. Planning boiled eggs and light toast for my one meal a bit later on.

Thank you again for your amazing support. Xx
I think i'm getting my fasting mojo back too! For the first time in aaaaaaages I've got not one, but TWO fasts under my belt this week.. One more to go! I really needed this, to prove to myself that I can still do it after all this time of sabotaging myself! I can't even begin to get across what a relief it is.. And how empowering it is too!
Well I made it easily yesterday. 6 hours commuting had my blood boiling ...really the cougar chatting up her son's friend in the quiet carriage, who refused to shut up cos she had to wait ages for the train we'd been stuck on, was giving me the sh*ts :-) but had a protein bar at 10am, dinner at 6.30pm and wan't hungry, so a better day. I also had to slap myself in the head with the proverbial wet fish! Better now :-)
