Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

Well I'm figuring if I start this thread I might stick to my fast. Had a big fail on Sunday which was silly as I got to 6pm and then started on the pavlova my neighbour had made me, then it went from bad to worse. So was planning on my usual Thursday fast, but woke today feeling like a stuffed bag and thought I would fast. Not organised so hope it goes OK. Have had 2 coffees and packed a low carb protein bar 160 cals. 9 weeks into maintenance and I have had a couple of fast fails, however I am very mindful that I can't go back up, so have set my limit a8t 60kg. If i go over that it's back to 4:3. Good luck to all fasters today.
Nice to see you GMH pavlova sounded wonderful. All the best with today.
Well it's still Tuesday here but plan to fast tomorrow. Only problem is I have a cocktail party to attend tomorrow night which might be fatal   good luck to all Wednesday fasters :clover:
Yesterday and today were fast failures, so I MUST FAST ON WEDNESDAY.
Otherwise, I'll be on that slippery slope.
Wet fish Penny. *slap slap*.
I will be fasting in the morning. I think I'll have to avoid reading the 'fasting today' thread though, as I always get so despondent reading about people who have finished or nearly finished when I'm just beginning!
Have a good day everyone :)
Fasting today - last fast of the week before a friend comes to visit for the weekend.
Might be a bit of a boozy weekend, but will be right back on it on Monday.

Think today is going to be a tough one, its only 9.30 and I am really hungry, trying to drink tea and water to keep me going till 11 when I have my egg.
al I'm not fasting today but trying to last until lunch before eating and getting a bit peckish. And I've tried the stock cube in hot water that so many people on here suggest for the first time today and what a fabulous idea it is!
I really recommend it.
Lil
Thanks Lil, I will have to try that next time, for now stuck at work with no cubes to hand, trying to distract myself with work.
Oh I feel ya, I've been really unprepared a few times and it makes things so hard! I hope it flies by for you.
It's going to be a long day. Train is late and its cold!
Hi
I am doing second fast of first week, fasted Monday then did 16:8 yesterday but last night slept badly and my bones ache- is that due to ' carb flu' or because I had my flu jab on Monday? Anyway will persevere after some paracetamol!
Plan an egg, few baby tomatoes lettuce then few spoons natural yoghurt round midday then dinner will be leftovers- sprouts, broccoli and cooked gammon, all weighed so I can work out quantities to fit the calories allowed.
Sue
I'm fasting today - normally do Thursday but I've got a dentist appointment for a filling at lunchtime so thought I'd do today instead. Good luck everyone!
I'm in, normal Wednesday fast for me. Good luck to all those fasting today :clover:
I'm in. Actually felt like I didn't want to when I woke up, so have got a cup of homemade tomato and lentil soup and a pear to take to work.
