22 Mar 2015, 19:00

May The Fast Be With You :0)
Hi AB thanks for getting the ball rolling
Yes i' m in too
Considering doing my first back to back but I' ll decide that on Tuesday
Lets get Monday on the road first! X
I'm in, love my Monday fasts, see you in the morning, night night xx

Ballerina x
:clover: Good luck to all Monday fasters! :clover:

(I could do with a fast today, but not sure I will manage it. )
I, too, am in the Sunday part of my regular Monday 4:3 fast :)

Should be a decent day on Monday - couple of physio sessions to bookend work takes up the bulk of the day quite nicely.

:clover: to those who participate in the Monday fast.
Good morning everyone! I'm in, I really need a fast today. I feel like I was out of sorts and a little bit out of control with my eating this weekend.

Extra happy and productive fasting for all fasters today! :clover: :victory:
Hi everybody

Yes I'm in - lots planned - water aerobics, trimming the roses, baking for OH.

Black coffee, tea and vanilla & mint tea for my drinks today. Roast beef and some steamed Vegies for the evening meal tonight fitting in with Paleo and FODMAP allowed foods.

Have a great day.
Cheers
Maggie.
I'm in.
I've been away ten days, so although I did a B2B before I left and ate super carefully while I was away, walked more than 10k a day, I'm still heavier than when I started.
I'm a very long term dieter, and I thought 5:2 was going to be my answer but, it's not appearing so.
How long do you guys do 5:2 before you see results, I'm into week 4
Thanks for starting @Azureblue. Im here, at work as is usual for a Monday. Ive eaten out a lot in the last week so feeling like a fast is very needed.
Dont despair yet @Jaq, maybe as a long term dieter your body might just need to get back on track. Have a read around at some of the topics on not losing, lots of advice.
@JAC Hi,its worth being patient for the first few weeks..your bodys making a lot of adjustments..
It took me five weeks to lose anything at all..then i lost two stone in the last 3 months of 2013..
Put it all back on in 2014... Coz i ate too much obviously!
Have lost astone and a half in the first ten weeks of 2015 doing 5:2
Having said all that,i dont really care what the scales say..if my clothes feel looser and i feel lighter, happier, better - thats good enough for me x scales can be very contrary x
I'm in. This morning the scales reflected (unfortunately) the amount of food I had consumed over the weekend.
I'll be here too in the morning, though have of course started the fast. Just had a lovely dinner. Because I'm doing 4:3 this week again, it'll be Mon, Wed, Fri. This seems nearly like ADF. School holidays for the next 3 weeks, so it's convenient.
Have a good one everyone. :clover:
I'm in. Midday here. Good luck all
I'm in and looking forward to it after an (over) indulgent weekend. Just tea, water, black coffee for me until fish and a pea, fetta, parsley, lemon and tomato salad this evening. Going to do Wednesday this week instead of my normal Thursday as I am toying with the idea of doing 4:3 for a couple of weeks to get things moving. Monday, Wednesday, Friday seems like the best days for me.
Have a great Monday everyone.
