Fast day for me again, as I am out for lunch tomorrow.
I make food for a living and have several food fairs coming up. It's always difficult to resist gorgeous food, though neither I, or OH, like cake (well, he does, but can live without it!)

I am happy with lunch and dinner with bedtime snack - in fact, I have just demolished stirfry with jumbo prawns and miracle noodles!

Am feeling very hungry and tired so although I will try this method again Im thinking it maybe doesnt suit me. I think I could quite easily skip lunch so will maybe try that next. Its good to experiment tho.

Eat more, you can eat quite a lot within the allowance and there's no point feeling rough. As you say, experiment until you get it to work but if you are feeling rubbish, it's best to try something different.

The days that went badly were when I'd eaten not enough on feed days and the wrong things on fast days. Plus I think there are phases to this whilst the body adjusts.

Ive had my dinner and stayed within 500 cals but feel very hungry. Did much better when I split it into three meals. Live & learn!

Ah shucks, today's fast day did not succeed. Was a bit ravenous after a strenuous workout...oh and couldn't resist the fries that I was offered!

Congratulations for those that made it til the end lol. I'll have a go at it perhaps tomorrow or friday.

Wow after experimenting I have found that tea with s/milk water and fruit infusion tea works for me. I then had my evening meal at about 7pm it was a w/watchers tomato and basil chicken with potato wedges and veg...heaven...then had a pear before bedtime.
So, what I thought was going to be the most difficult way of eating 500 cals was actually the easiest. @)

Well I managed not to eat anything at all until dinner at 7.45 p.m and actually found it easier than having a light lunch and then a dinner; even given that I went to a Zumba class at 6.30 p.m. Also, for once, I pre-empted yesterday that I would be feeling cold (it's only taken me five weeks to suss it out !) and kept myself 'wrapped up' from the start thereby not letting the cold set in and make me feel miserable. This is very much a living and learning experience I have to say.
