I'm in the fasting club today, too. Second fast of the week (last was Monday) and considering a part-fast on Friday (skip breakast and lunch) as I have a lot of social stuff coming up over the next 4 days. This is my second week.
Not finding fast days too hard so far; however this morning the first thought in my head as I woke was 'I fancy a nice bowl of cereal' and I was crestfallen when I remembered it's a fast day!
Still, I got myself up and out to the gym for a cardio session and since then have been fine. Occupying myself with work (and popping in here, obviously!) Have had three cups of black coffee and over a litre of water so far.
Planning a carton of soup around 2/3pm and another for dinner around 8pm.
