Fast days pass very quickly for me normally.
Off to Zumba now.
Have a good one....hopefully a pound off this week making it sooo worth it.
Also going to try and fast tomorrow as I have a busy weekend which might involve a bit of food (normally fast on a Thursday and Sunday)
Next fast after tomorrow will be Monday
All prepared with a snack of mangetout, sugar snap peas, and asparagus tips (50g of each) total calories 48, which leaves 400 odd for dinner tonight, so I will either do a big stirfry with zero cal noodles or the hairy dieters mushroom risotto (made this yesterday and it was great - didn't add the chicken and it was just under 300 calories)

Not sure how to overcome this today - any suggestions? Would be ok to go up to 600 calories just this time to make allowances for my sweet tooth? The plan today is to have a brunch in a couple of hours and then home made soup for dinner about 6.00ish. I will also exercise today.
The last fast I did I had a breakfast of grapefruit and I found that I was very hungry all day - not doing that again !! LOL

was really filling and warm. And of course you could add more veggies/beans if you wanted it for main meal tonight as I did.
