Today is fast number 10 and it looks like I will be lasting the entire day on 48 calories (from drinks), as it's nearly 8:30pm and I'm still not hungry.

I did wonder what it would be like to fast completely and this has happened quite naturally... probably a sign of just how much I've over eaten during the Easter period!

I think my body is quite relieved to have a break from all the digesting!
Better late than never, could'nt log on at work today but I've been fasting and it's nearly bidtime...night night all @)
Night night Bee.
I've been fasting at work today too.Find it easier to fast at work because I'm kept busy.It was nice to get back to fasting today after having Friday to Monday off. Can't believe I just typed that but it's true - never thought I say that about eating only 500cals.This WOE is changing the way I think about food - hopefully forever.
My fast day has gone really well too. It definitely feels like it is getting easier. I certainly don't dread them... whether I look forward to them...? Well perhaps a little...
Does anyone else have my problem. I can fast all day long and not feel hunger at all. The moment I sit down to have my 500 cal supper (salad, yogurt, berries) I become really hungry. After finishing my meal, I could eat it all over again and the sum. It's driving me nuts because I'm trying to eat the 500 cals on fast days but when I do, I'm ravenous afterwards. What's up with that?
