Have to tell you: I told my brother (lives with me) and son I was going to do this diet 3 weeks ago. I have made additional food for them on fast nights and have been making more meals from scratch. Last night as we were out walking, brother turned to me and said "I think I have to start wearing a belt with these pants!" So it is working for someone not "on" the diet as well!
Feeling a little spaced out, I'm assuming that's the norm?
Hubby's doing it the other way round to me as he loves his breakfast and has a "social" time at lunchtime with friends at work, so he's taken a lower cal version of his lunch and he won't have dinner. This really came about because on Tuesday we were walking the dogs after work and we both felt that we probably could have gone without an evening meal at all (having only had breakfast that day). In fact, after we had dinner we both found it tricky to resist the urge to eat more (we did resist, but it was quite hard).
All trial and error at the moment I suppose, but I'm so glad I discovered this plan having struggled with my weight forever (I'm 44 - never been really slim and weight creeps up, goes down a bit, goes up a bit more etc). I know all the theory (and I used to be a Slimming World consultant many years ago), it's just sticking to it long-term that's the problem.
Been pretty active today too, so hopefully will show on the scales, been stuck for a bit now. But hey ho - in for the long haul!

I felt so rotten this morning, I had a glass of orange juice. I am drinking nothing but water and black coffee now though. The orange juice got me to a tennis lesson though!
Small dinner of 350 calories tonight to account for the juice.
Decided to try just drinks until 1.30pm then had an omelette, out at a meeting this evening so will just have a banana before I go, then can have coffee when I come home. Works out just under 500 cal for the day, so seems to have worked a bit better.
not been that great today had some marigold for lunch and then 2 craackers and a mini shortbread
will be having a 3 egg mush omlette for tea and then tomorrow am off on my holiday for 2 weeks
i will just be having breakfast and evening meals whilst away and try mainkly to choose fish and salad options

Doing well so far, did get a bit hungry for a while earlier but after drinking about a litre of water I'm good again, haven't got much food in the house today and can't go shopping until tomorrow so I'm quite limited on what I can have.
I do have some chicken breasts so I was thinking 600 calories worth of chicken!
I'm having good success and think that this particular form of fasting will work as a WOL for me.
