Hi All, well I will start again as I am in that early time zone...unless any of the Kiwis are fasting today...I am the early riser. Just had coffee with a dash o' milk, plus I have a flask of black, a flask of souper and my water bottle, so I am weighed down with liquid. Nice quiet day today and hope to be home before 2pm. I'll walk about 2 hours today and then have a nap I think....want more sleep  I might get on the Hypervibe as I have time today and it needs doing - been very slack with 'extra' exercise - just doing my walking. Used to go to the gym 3 days a week, plus for a couple of years Pilates 2 nights a week...now I can't be bothered

Good luck to everyone - hope it is all going well.
Hello! I'm fasting today (except that today is Monday 29th April)
I felt the same way as you this morning, loaded with liquids! I brought a seltzer and a bottle of homemade unsweetened iced tea into work. I feel happier when I can have a little something, even if it's just a bit of seltzer. Had some delicious yellow lentils for lunch (220 calories) and I'm having a miso soup now (30 cal) probably a 90 calorie veggie burger for dinner.
Good luck to all today!
I am fasting too, it's still Monday for me but I'll not be having anything before bed. Normally I fast on work days but this will be my first fast when not at work as have a week off. Plan on having a lay in and then spending most of the day riding/at the stables though as it's meant to be nice and sunny so that will keep me busy.
Hi today is my second fast day but first work day of fasting, I think i'll make my fast days on work days because Im finding it easier today than on the weekend so far so good , enjoyed just a cuppa green tea for breakfast at another at work has kept me going am looking forward to tuna and salad for main meal tonight.
Good Morning
I'm in too, and feel ready to Fast after way too much wine over the weekend. Its a lovely day here and I might go for a short run, and later I'm planning to go into town and try a pair of the Go Walk shoes that were talked about on here over the weekend
I hope to hold out till dinner time but there are some low cal snacks available in case it turns out to be a hungry day :clover:
Yes, me too. Going for a swim once kids are at school, then office work and kids have swimming club tonight so I'm pretty busy all day. Soup for supper and a small piece banana bread for pudding.
I am in today as well. Hairy Bikers Salmon tonight, after loads of water and black tea during the day!
Have a good day everyone
Hilaryjane, have you tried substituting Lemon or Lime for the Orange in that recipe? I tried Liem last week and it was very good
Me too in Australia. i've been on the diet for about 4 weeks now and lost about 4k which is good. Missed 1 fast day as i was not well. i must admit it it hard and i feel a bit sleepy and heady but i am determind to keep going.. just think of tomorrow is my mantra. i eat 3 tiny meals a day and an apple on the way home.
Maintenance fast for me today - maybe a bit less liberal than the last couple as the ounces have started to pile on! Not over-worried, a beautiful day a and a couple of hours on my bike ought to fix the problem. Used to only eat once on a proper fast day, now allow a late lunch after exercise to repair muscle damage (?) and fill the gap to dinner which is delayed by OH running when she gets home from work.
I'm in today too. 7th fast for me. I bought some chicken and veggies for my dinner tonight, but not sure what sort of concoction it will become!

Good luck fasters :-)
RIGHT!!!!!!! I was supposed to fast yesterday.... but for some daft reason, I had breakfast. I never have breakfast, and now I remember why, it sends my appetite into overdrive. I ended up writing the day off before lunchtime, felt guilty all day. But hey, today's a new day, a luscious one at that  I won't make the breakfast mistake again! So yea, I'm in!!

:clover:
I'm in today. Had a weekend of eating and drinking loads with family as it was my nephew's christening so badly in need of my fast today. I'm concerned I'll have put on a fair bit come this weeks weigh in but hopefully if I can take it a bit easy on feed days and stick to my running plan tomorrow and Friday I'll be OK.

Managed to remember my low cal Thai soup for lunch so will survive on black coffee and water til then. I think the sunshine will help my state of mind today
Morning, Yup, also doing the Tuesday fast again. Only got 4lb to my target weight which I hope get to by my birthday at the end of May!
Looking forward to 'cornbeefhash' for dinner tonight.
Lovely, sunny day  in bonnie Scotland so happy fasting everyone.
Morning All

Yep I shall join you on this lovely sunny day here in Yorkshire
Hopefully a busy day at work to keep me occupied then its pilates tonight so with a bit of luck I'll survive the day!

I'm hoping to do another 36 hour water fast on Thursday as I want to be 'really good' this week before we go on holiday on Saturday.

Good luck to all today :clover:
