Breakfast: Coffee with a splash of skimmed milk
Porridge oats with water (40g) with a couple of blueberries

Lunch: 1 celery stick
40g of passata

Dinner: Tofu and veg stir fry

This is my 2nd fast day in a row and I'm starving today! looking forward to a slice of toast and poached egg tomorrow :oops:
Do you want it today?
So far: Muesli with almond milk, coffee, and water (200kCal)
Later: Miso soup as needed, green tea, more water (est. 50kCal), green salad for dinner with dressing and sunflower seeds (est. 150kCal). If I'm still hungry, I might rummage in the fridge for fruit or yogurt. I'm not a very good planner. :D
This is my first post on the forum!

Today is my 2nd week, 4th fast. I've been experimenting with how I portion out my food during the day each time, to see what works best for me. Today I’m doing more snacking throughout the day which I like because I feel like I’m eating more, but a down side is that I think its making me feel hungrier!

Breakfast: 2 slices of thin ham and tea with ss milk
Lunch: miso soup
Snack: one low cal rice cake with one dairylea light triangle and 2 slices ham
Snack: muller coconut greek style yogurt with strawberries
Dinner: turkey stir fry with loads of veggies
Water, mint tea, lemon and ginger tea

MFP has that at 488, so all good!
Lunch (maybe dinner as well)
Turkey salad:
3 slices of Hormel turkey
1 tablespoon of Jimmy's Fat Free Coleslaw
1 tablespoon of Miracle Whip
1 tsp of Hellman's Mayonaise
6 sweet and spicy pickles
A handful of diced white and purple cabbage.
174 calories.
I'm fasting tomorrow, but this thread has given me loads of ideas.

I'm thinking of roasted courgettes stuffed with rice, chicken, harissa, tomatoes, spinach. Whatever I have in the fridge. Will probably blog it.
2nd day of my consecutive fasts, although I'm meeting a friend for drinks tonight so I'll break it around 8, making it a 44 hour fast.

So far, I've had 1 1/2 eggs scrambled with a good amount of peppers, onions, and spinach (shared it with my toddler so he got about half an egg).

For lunch, I'll have low sodium chicken broth (5 cals a serving) with spinach.

For dinner, I'll have cannellini beans, cooked with chicken sausage, sundried tomatoes, and spinach.

And then it will all go to hell with cocktails!
I had one egg for breakfast and I am drinking some tea right now, then soup for lunch and chicken breast with veggies for dinner. Totals around 480 calories :) Loving this fast diet, it's changing my life and I am only on week 3!
Nothing yet, had mit first calories for the day just now with a huge cup of milky coffee - 23 cal
Dinner is: Chilli con carne with kidney beans 220c
Cauliflower rice 200gr 50c
Diet yoghurt (ALdi) 52c

Total 345 which leave me room for a treat later tonight
Coffee with splash of skimmed milk throughout the day, measure out 200mls milk &thats more than enough.
Vegetable bouillon for lunch
Mid afternoon had sugar free jelly with 1 tsp fruit yogurt, cause it was pouring wet &was bored stuck in the house.
For dinner just had a big plate of aubergines,leeks & peppers in marinara sauce on a bed of shredded cabbage. Yummy
Will have an options hot chocolate before bed & apart from water that's my lot :wink:
Had a nice ready meal from Morrisons for tea - King prawn & coconut noodles only 267 cals & very tasty. Off to bed :sleepy:
Today I'll just have tea with milk, water, and maybe a diet coke, and then have an udon noodle stir-fry for supper (mostly cabbage).

Normally I have a Larabar (230 cal vegan fruit and nut bar, very few ingredients) in the morning and I find this really helps get me through to the evening. Recommend to any fasters who can't save all their cals for the evening meal.
Grilled tuna steak
Steamed spuds
Kale

Muller light yoghurt
Super free jelly
Strawberries[

Black coffee/water

I don't eat all day, so just have a big dinner in the evening...!
Boiled egg for breakfast, and a hard boiled egg at lunch time. Lots of sparkling water during the day and black coffee (try not to drink more than 4 cups a day). This evening the "light shepherds pie" from the recipe book which is DELICIOUS! It has celeriac mash on the top and you really would not think it is low calorie.
for me today i have had:

black coffee and sweetener at breakie
2 rivita and half a tin of tuna with salt and pepper and a splash of balsamic for lunch.
chicken, butternut squash and cauliflower curry for dinner.
lots of water and black coffee and sweeteners too.

I find it soooo hard to have coffee without sugar so have sweeteners instead.
