Black coffee this morning.
Lunchtime a hard boiled egg mashed with 40g of tuna, some low fat dressing and salad cream, and a spring onion. Had that on 2 Finncrisps and some cucumber.
This evening for the first time had a ready meal, it won't happen often but did make it easier having that part all counted.
It was a Morrisons value shepherds pie, and for 70p(!) and 216 calories it wasn't bad. OH had their value cottage pie as it had 20 more calories
With it we had a big pile of cabbage, some green beans and carrot, and gravy.
Still feeling nice and full so will repeat it in a few weeks.
Bought another pack of the zero noodles today so might plan something with those for Thursday.
