Miffy thank you! I couldn't last any longer either and finally had a boiled egg and slice of toast. My dinner will most likely be around 300 cal but even if over a bit I won't sweat it. I guess I'm just not ready for hard-core fasting yet, I had a terrible time of it until I had the egg. Hopefully Monday's fast won't be as difficult as today's has been. :)
Total FAIL for me today on my second fast. I lasted until late afternoon, then started snacking, then ended up having beer and a sandwich. :(

I don't think Friday is a good day for me to fast, I can't help but have that "weekend" mentality, that anything goes. I also think I need to save more of my calories for the evening, since I seem to have a lot more willpower earlier in the day.

Oh, well, not going to get too down about it- onward and upward. On the plus side my weight was down a bit this morning- must have been all the beer. :P Maybe I'll try an all-beer diet. :D
I attempted to fast yesterday (17th) but got to 3:30pm and gave into the hunger after a long stressful day. Am pleased to say that today's attempt was not only successful but easy! While I battled hunger ALL day yesterday I didn't give food a second thought today and barely even felt hungry come dinner time. Yay!!
