I'm back in today. First fast for a couple of weeks as have been on holiday and really didn't hold back at all. Dreading the Friday weigh in. Quite looking forward to a bit of dietary discipline.
I was a bit of a pig yesterday so really need to fast today!
Me too Vicki.G...well actually I ate 1900 calories but since it included a muffin and some cake I feel mega guilty. I usually try to stick to 1500 on feast days..so I clearly didn't manage yesterday!

Today i've been to the gym for some cardio and so far i haven't eaten anything...the plan is to have some tea for breakfast soon and stick to max 500 calories all day :)

Hi all

Going for my 3rd Fast of this week today as I have a very social weekend coming up, Weighed myself this morning and I am please with the result even though I thought I had wasted my Fast on Monday another 2lb loss :clap: making it nearly 17lb in 6 weeks hopefully this weekend wont add more back on.

Black coffee, Veg stock and water for me today till I get home about 9 tonight.

I'm in today and only my third fast so will be a tough one. Today is also my first attempt at not eating throughout the day. Hoping saving my calories for dinner means I won't be going to bed hungry!! Just dreading the stomach ache tomorrow which I seem to wake up with after a fast day and it lasts all day. My stomach muscles ache as if I've done loads of sit ups! Determined to give this a go for a month though as I'm convinced it will get better and I will feel results- health wise and not just weightloss!

I'm fasting today again :) I normally do Mondays and Thursdays but this week I'm doing Monday and Wednesday. I feel a bit low as I haven't lost weight this week. :( I might do 4:3 and see if that helps with the weight loss.
My first ever fast day. Bloomin' cat woke me at 5am so have had tummy gurgles since then. Had 3 spoons of yoghurt to take my medication with and only water since.
Having a nice cuppa tea at 10, a splash of milk and 2 sweetners.
Lunchtime will be some lettuce, cucumber, celery and mini tomatoes from my fasting calories and then the same tonight with a bit of grilled chicken to round up my calorie limit.
Roll on tomorrow morning when I get my frosties again :)
Keep it up everyone, its all worth it in the end.
Fasting today and have a plan in mind. I'll have my normal Greek Yogurt with oat bran around 2 this afternoon & then I'm off to get my hair done after work. They usually offer me a glass of wine....hmmm....should that be my dinner? :grin:

I'm going to Day 3 this week of boot camp, so may allow myself more like 600-800 calories today. I was a bit under yesterday on my Feast day so it's all good. I'm going to throw another Fast day in this week(Friday) Trying to get this weight loss moving again!

I am in today, planning on 4:3 this week as I have totally fallen off the wagon, Monday was my first proper fast in about 2 months, ugh.

Craving cornflakes for some reason so having a liquid fast until tonight then cornflakes and milk :D
I'm in! 2nd fast this week.

Feeling really low about myself at the mo - feel like I lose control on feed days so eat way more than neccessary to make up for the lack of food on fast days - NOT THE POINT! Also really struggling to find the motivation for exercise. So feeling bloated, puffy and generally quite low. Hopefully a good fast and a well-behaved day tomorrow (incl. a morning gym session) will sort me out.
Fasting here too as I gave into cravings at 8pm yesterday and failed the fast :S Trying my first 2 meal fast day, just breakfast and evening meal and then fasting again tomorrow. Looking forward to my Friday and Saturday feast days!
