I will be happy not gaining this week
I wont be weighing for a month... I am a serial weigher so it a big deal for me, but if the worst case scenario happened and I didnt loose anything in the first week, didnt want to get disheartened and give up without giving it a proper shot, so hopefully i have some good results to report at the end of the 4 weeks
whats everyone eating today?
I've had a boiled egg, have some carrot and celery sticks for lunch and that leaves me with 350 cal for tea which will be frozen fish and salad and a little desert - probably a mini split icecream at 54 cals.
Not eating until dinner. Last bite was about 7.45pm last night and won't be eating until dinner at 8pm'ish tonight.
I prefer to save my calories for a larger evening meal. I find smaller volumes spread throughout the day just makes me crave food. but that's me

Coffee for breakfast then a banana aometime around lunch depending on when I need it. Chicken stir fry from the fast diet book (not the recipe book just the ideas at the back of the paperback) tonight. Fast number 6 and around 5lb lost - yay!
My plan today is coffee, water, soup.
