I'm in today, weight has been like a roller coaster last week, lost 4lb then gained it ALL back again and have lost 3lb! But I have lost an inch from my waist line and my BMI looks healthier. It's is my 5th fast so still early days I guess. I have felt yukkie on feast days, like I've eaten too much, although I don't think I have. I almost feel like I am poisoning my system with rubbish!

I 'tried' to fast on Saturday and Monday. Saturday I ended up having some alcohol and eating tirimisu and yesterday at 7pm I gave in and ate the remainder of my son's crisps and then topped it off with maom chews! So I weighed myself this morning and I have 1.8pounds on, on my weigh in last friday I was 12 7. Thats it now, today is a fast day as I surely dont want to see weigh going back on. I can lose my vavavoom for diets super quickly but I love the control I feel with this diet and of course the results I have lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I will fast today and Thursday before my weigh in on friday morning and fingrrs crossed I will bave lost the 1.8gain and perhaps a little more :heart:

Fasting today too! It's the first fast of week 3. Have seen some loss on the scale, but a LOT of fluctuation. Thinking I'll hold out until dinner to eat (so lots of green tea in the mean time). First time trying this, so fingers crossed!
Fasting today. I normally do Mondays and Wednesdays/Thursdays but it was bank holiday yesterday and I had plans, so fasting today instead. I may only be able to do one fast this week, as I've plans for both Thursday and Friday...
Last week was encouraging as I'd lost 2 lbs and I'm feeling so much slimmer :)
Hi all, I am joining the Tuesday fasters today as I didn't do my usual Monday yesterday due to it being bank holiday. We went to my Dad's for lunch so no chance of a fast!

Looking forward to today and as always aiming for liquid only until dinner!

My first fast today. This feels like something I can do. So far not had anything to eat, going to wait until I feel really hungry. Have lots of salad veggies and some haddock to steam if I need it. Looking forward to it. Thank you all for your inspiration
Hi am also fasting today. I am hoping to do a 4:3 week this week. Tuesday , Wednesday and Friday for fast days. Looking forward to it as I am a little tied of the over induldgances of the bank holiday weekend.

Also fasting today trying to repair a 3 & 1/2lb weight gain after an indulgent last week in Bath with cream teas, Italian meals etc. My usual fasting routine went out the window so I fasted last Saturday & now today. So only fluids for me until supper.

I'm fasting today instead of yesterday. Very much in need of a repair day after a lovely long weekend away eating and drinking way too much. I'm planning to do 2 36 hour liquid fasts this week. I'm going to try to keep ultra busy too as its half term and Im not working. Good luck to all fasters.
This is my 2nd fast day since back off holiday, found it really hard to commit to the 1st but today seems fine so far. I always used to keep to 3 meals but now find I don't need to eat until lunch time or even later. :smile:

Fasting today, usual days are mon and thurs but didn't fast yesterday as it was a bank hol.
Indulged A LOT this weekend, made a chocolate and peanut butter shortbread tray bake for family yesterday, can safely say I ate most of it!
Even did my exercise DVD this morning, the 30 day shred workout. Going to hold out until 6.30 tonight and have tuna omelette and brown rice.
