Had too much to eat tonight and feel uncomfortable. I really need to stop over stuffing myself. Old habits die hard

Things are not going as well this week. After the splurge last weekend, scales still seem to be moving in the wrong direction even after the first fast
So, second attempt for the week, with possibly a third on Friday.
I'm on my third fast, Saturday, Monday and today. I won't get another chance to fast until next Tuesday so I thought it would hurt doing a fast every second day. I did weigh myself this morning to see of my weight goes up from a feeding day, it did the first time but today I was exactly the same. Even though I overate a bit and ate too much chocolate. So since Saturday, I'm down by 2.2kg, quite amazed! I'm already excited to weigh again tomorrow to see what today's fast will bring (a bit obsessive I know, but it keeps me motivated!).
Today I am trying an all day fast until dinner, the other two I have divided my calories into three meals so I hope I don't feel too hungry.
I love this WoE, not a single person knows I'm on a diet (in "real life") and it is so easy to hide. I love how my stomach is so much less bloated and i don't feel like I'm bursting out of my clothes. I love fasting days, and I've started to notice a change in my skin, just from two fasts. I have had a patch of eczema on my hand for months and yesterday I noticed it has almost halved and it wasn't itchy. My body is repairing itself and it feels great!
I suspect I have hit a little bit of a plateau as last week hovered on the same weight irregardless of whether it was fast or feast day, even though I splurged a little on Friday.
Wondering if having a bad head cold over the last few days is skewing the weight. It definitely is making fasting harder
I had misread your previous post, I thought you were on your first few fasts so disregard my previous comment! How long have you been on 5:2 for?
Going strong, survived on coffee (0), a Pepsi max (0) and a cup-a-soup (45) and will be having a homemade soup for tea (400). If all goes to plan that is!
This will be my 6th week. The first couple I did 5:2 but found myself wandering off target between fasts so changed to 4.5:3.5. The third fast day I tend to be a little more relaxed on the caloric intake. While I will endeavour to keep it close to 600 calories, I am not going to get torn up about it.
I tend not to eat during the day, keeping my calories for a larger evening meal. Daytime is a coffee to Kickstarter the heart then water only till dinner. Only 5 more hours to go
This is my third week and tomorrow I can weigh myself at my parents, for the first time since the start of the diet. I really do hope that I have lost a couple of kilos, the clothes don't feel as tight anymore so I'm in good hope...
