Morning all, I'm in today. Menu all planned and will hopefully get a run in later too. Couldn't go yesterday as was helping my son with his homework. Shame!
Happy fasting.
:clover:  :clover:
I'm in - a sunny wave to all- I get through with the thought of Miso at lunchtime . Have a good one everyone !
I'm in, nothing till 2pm then a couple of bananas to see me through to the evening meal - probably a salad.
Morning all.

Yes, I am in today with a maintenance fast. Had a bad week last week with lots of cake, beer and curry  so looking forward to having a day off.
Enjoy the sun everyone.
I'm in too, in lieu of yesterday (kids on an inset day from school), so no temptations today!

I can't believe there is not a single cloud in the sky.
I'm in after a lovely weekend of indulgence. I'm getting a little down - don't feel like I will lose much if anything at all at my weigh-in tomorrow. I'm trying not to get into a mindset of having to watch excessively what I eat on feed days - I started this WoE specifically to avoid that. I lost 3.8 kg right off the bat doing exactly that and feel I should be able to continue (whether the scales agree with me or not is another matter...).
Mmm, just sipping my miso soup!

Will be taking the dogs out for a short-ish run later, then a bowl of homemade vegetable soup, and then a dog-training class to keep me busy.
I'm in today. I fast Sundays and Tuesdays and I always find Tuesday the hardest.
Can I join too? Had a bit of a fail yesterday but yet to eat today so may as well make the most of it! So much easier with the sun out, I even managed an exercise dvd (thoughts of summer hols!) which I have been avoiding for AGES!!!

When you say fail, do you mean an attempted fast gone wrong?
Yes Pip. Did well all day, planned cod & veg for supper, inhaled kids creamy pasta before husband got home for cod & veg!!!
Hello all,

First day of fasting today, not doing too badly (ish). Had a banana for breakfast so that I could take a tablet, and just had some raspberry jelly for lunch leaving me with 320 calories for tonight.

A colleague has just plonked a load of treats from her holidays on the table though. Aargh!
Only an hour to wait till dinner !

The only calories I've had today are one cup of chicken Bovril and a sugar free Werthers so masses of calories left for dinner. Sainsburys had some big fat giant Prawns on a half price offer this morning so its a prawn salad for me, follwed by some jelly and a hot choc at bed time.

Only 59mins to go now

I hate it when that happens :frown:

Oh well, onwards and upwards. I bet it tasted sooooo good.
I am at worst stage now. I find afternoons quite hard. Then at around 8 I calm down as I know that I have practically finished my day and done well.

I am really pleased though as today I havent had a single cup of coffee. I felt that to clear my body a day without caffeine would be in order.
