Unfortunately I have hubby and two growing lads so dinner time is awful on a fast day. Sometimes I just take myself to another room!! Still only two hours to go and then it all actually feels like a great achievement!
Hope all fellow fasters had a good day.

I came home and cooked the planned veggie omelette straight away, rather than waiting 'til nearer bedtime. So I haven't eaten anything naughty yet, but I now have at least 2 hours to go until bed, and I really really want cake Or bread, or chocolate. Don't know if I can resist...
