Fasted yesterday - about 6 or 7 weeks in now and it's gradually starting to get easier. I still get very hungry but I felt less shattered yesterday and I was actually vaguely productive.
Hoorah and huzzah that my husband's coming home tomorrow! He's been away since last tuesday and I can't wait. And we both have friday off so are going to go out for lunch.
So given that this is the last clear day before he comes back I'm going to attempt a second consecutive day. I've just had 200g watermelon with lime juice squeezed over for about 60 cals but may scoff some pastrami (16 cals a slice from morrisons, fact fans) before going out, to get some protein.
Scales are nudging down again and those skinny jeans in the wardrobe I haven't worn for a year are getting slightly easier to put on now...
Had wine in the sunshine yesterday evening, but was still within my TDEE. Trouble was that then I couldn't resist the chocolate with my cuppa while watching TV...

Yesterday I had a huge salad for supper and ended it up with Ben and Jerrys. So today's fast is really welcomed!
So fasting today and staying inside all evening!!

Thanks TML - YES I am very happy . I have got my first grandchild this February, a little babyboy and now a little babygirl. So 2 grand children i less than 4 month. I can not ask for anything more . I just lost focus a little bit the last week, which make me a bit disappointed about myself .. So now I am really fighting back to my 4:3 . I think my fasting day today and tomorrow a low cal-day will make it - I hope .
Trying to stick to no calorie liquids today. Been doing mostly liquid fasts the last two weeks but had a rough time with it on Monday. Ate too much on Sunday and my body really wanted more! LOL
