Morning! I'm in~ judging by the scales at the moment this will be week 3 of staying the same! Need to be more vigilant on feed days. Beautiful day here again! Have a good day everyone.
Hi all

Fasted yesterday - about 6 or 7 weeks in now and it's gradually starting to get easier. I still get very hungry but I felt less shattered yesterday and I was actually vaguely productive.

Hoorah and huzzah that my husband's coming home tomorrow! He's been away since last tuesday and I can't wait. And we both have friday off so are going to go out for lunch.

So given that this is the last clear day before he comes back I'm going to attempt a second consecutive day. I've just had 200g watermelon with lime juice squeezed over for about 60 cals but may scoff some pastrami (16 cals a slice from morrisons, fact fans) before going out, to get some protein.

Scales are nudging down again and those skinny jeans in the wardrobe I haven't worn for a year are getting slightly easier to put on now...
I'm in!
Had wine in the sunshine yesterday evening, but was still within my TDEE. Trouble was that then I couldn't resist the chocolate with my cuppa while watching TV...

I am in! Drinking moringa tea now and it taste like those nasty herbal stuff my mum made me drink as a kid. Why do good healthy things taste so bad??

Yesterday I had a huge salad for supper and ended it up with Ben and Jerrys. So today's fast is really welcomed!
Sarahg I laughed at your knitting idea, cos I could see myself slurping the food whilst still knitting haha Maybe u girls can knit me a muzzle LOL Well almost over - will be home in half an hour - 8 cal hot choc followed by dragging the dogs around the streets or letting them run free range on he beach - depends on high tide - then by the time I get back and watch Hotseat and feed the dogs it'll be dinner! Have 100 cal veg curry ready and will have something else to bring cals up. I also experimented today bit of veg for brekky, then mini protein bar mid morning, plus coffee all day, now hungry, but less than when I forgo bfst...then I just have to control myself on feeeeeed days ;>)
well dinner time here , my experiment by having breakfast is a fail will be having soup for dinner and next fast day am going back to skipping breakfast and lunch today was a lot harder for me than usual.

I am in today after almost one week without any fasting.. Holiday and the birth of my grandchild friday last week just making me loose focus for some days.. BUT I AM BACK :smile:

I'm in today as I had a spectacular fail yesterday!! Thought I could have one wee beer while sitting in the sun last night.......well just one more.... then another..... then a carry out...AAAARRRGGHHHH!!!!
So fasting today and staying inside all evening!!

Thanks TML - YES I am very happy :smile: . I have got my first grandchild this February, a little babyboy and now a little babygirl. So 2 grand children i less than 4 month. I can not ask for anything more :lol: . I just lost focus a little bit the last week, which make me a bit disappointed about myself :confused: .. So now I am really fighting back to my 4:3 :like: . I think my fasting day today and tomorrow a low cal-day will make it - I hope :razz: .
You deserve to lose focus, it's not everyday that you become a grandma!!!
I'm in as well, i plan a 4:3 this week so instead of mon/thursday i fast mon/wed and saturday this week. I'll be alone saturday and with no hubs and kids to feed it will be easy to get another fast day in :D
I'm in, fast two this week. Usually do TH but hubby wants to do today so he can go to lunch with friends tomorrow so I am joining him.
Trying to stick to no calorie liquids today. Been doing mostly liquid fasts the last two weeks but had a rough time with it on Monday. Ate too much on Sunday and my body really wanted more! LOL
