Who else is in today? I had a dreadful binge last night and felt very disappointed with myself over it. Chocolate/wine/too much! Now for a repair day and clearing out the last of the rubbish in the pantry...well really just peanut butter and why did I have a craving for that and why did I buy it - bloody great spoonfuls with heaps of calories! In the bin with the rest of it. I am fine until I sit in front of that TV at night and then I do bad things :oops: I have had some shocking behaviour since I started fasting :cry:
Ooo I'm in! Had a heavy day today (still Tuesday here!) and I'm buzzing to get Wednesdays fast up and running :D got to make sure I do my exercise DVD :D I've been naughty and had a takeaway this evening :S Mind you, I could barely east any of it before I was full so calorie wise I probably didn't do to badly, lol!

With regards to feast days, I tend to be less calculating. Had a massive KitKat large bar in the way home last night guilt free. One of the reasons I like this WOE is the fact that I am not watching what I eat every second of every day. I just make sure I ensure I stick to reduced calories on my fast days and eat smart so I don't feel food cravings, and everything falls in place :)

As I said, 7 weeks in! Almost as long as I have been on other diets and not getting bored yet :)
I'm off to Bedfordshire too in a few minutes but I will fast tomorrow (it's still Tuesday here, LOL).
In on board today as well, usually I fast Thursday but tomorrow is going to be very stressful so switched fast day to today.
I usually dont have breakfast just green tea but i am experimenting with that today just to mix it up a bit by having 250-300cal now instead of later in day fingers crossed it goes well.
Still Tuesday evening here but have already started had my meal at 7pm and won't eat until 7pm Wednesday evening. It's all good clean fun init.
I am in.GMH I have taken up knitting while watching tv at night .anything to stop nighttime munchies.
I'm here.Usually I do Mondays and Thursdays, but as this is not a very busy week for me I thought I might try a 4:3 and do Monday, Wednesday, Friday. If I get to Friday and don't feel like it, I'll still have done my two days.
I agree knitting is great for stopping the evening munchies. Plus you get something new to wear at the end.
I'm in today. I started with the intention to do a 16:8 and ended up beeing good to do a fast day

GMH: I am SOOOOO like you! All the same! Been having weird cravings since I started 5:2. disappointing myself for overeating, and then asking myself why did I buy it in the first place?

Peanut butter is one of them. I read somewhere that your taste buds change, and one need stronger tastes. I do have vegemite on a cracker if it gets too much for me.

Hang in there...this is about changing habits. I am sure you had those habits before, it is just appearing again. What I do find is a fast day help me to change my head..and slowly but surely it works.

I'm going for a walk outside. 21 hours into my fast and my blood pressure looks great 115/72! (not low as usually this time of day on a feast day 95/55)

Did lots of cleaning, focus is so much better on fast days. But computer work still awaits :bugeyes:
I am on for today, 16:8 today and then a Fast day on Thursday 6th through to Friday morning. Another 2lb loss this week.

I'm here, everyone! Quite good not to have to think about food until this evening :)
I'm fasting again today. Lots to do so will be keeping busy.
I'm in! I'm on Mon/Wed/Fri as well, sticking with 4:3 as I have so much weight to lose!
Second fast of the week for me and I am determined not to open a bottle of lovely cold wine to drink in the warm evening sunshine!
