The 5:2 part is habit now. I won't admit to liking fasting but I can cope with it. Some days are easier than others - today for some reason I am very cranky (I think I would have been anyway - I have a lot going on - and the fasting just makes it worse). But if I show some movement in the scales tomorrow - which I haven't in about a month now - I will feel it is all worth it.
Not sure what I will have for dinner tonight but I do have some grillable veg and halloumi in the fridge so that's a backstop. I have to get better at planning and preparing my meals in advance - I get home from work absolutely bonkers hungry and growling at my poor children if they say anything to me that keeps me from making and eating my dinner. Not good.
Just finishing off at work, have stuck to coffee with skimmed milk so far, will have some raw veg and cottage cheese tonight.
Just done a 4 mile walk pushing a double pram so I'm uber
2 more hours till my 500 cals
